This feature will help you concentrate more on your roleplay, and it will help those who don't use hot keys. Simply type /autofeed to enable and disable it.

It's unnecessary; if you want an instant refill of your food bar without typing /feed, you could buy apples and right-click them or just have a hotkey for /eat

/eat takes less than 3 seconds to type. Switching to a hotbar slot and right clicking apples/oranges/etc. takes less than 3 seconds. Clients such as Lunar and Feather are free to download and gives you access to hotkeys which you can use to /eat. Realistically it takes longer to eat food but SRP allows players to eat crazy fast without any consequences like nausea. The current system is already beneficial and there's no need to add auto eating.
