She also tends to watch people from afar to see people getting along silently wishing that she has friends but from her experiences, in the past, she is always in terror of being left behind or forgotten.

Backstory:
She's frail, fearful and has always kept to herself. But what else would you expect from somebody with her dreadful past.
She was born in a small family consisting with her, her mother, and her father in a rugged apartment, she lived a dreadful life of loneliness with a drunken mother and a drug addict father until she was about 7 years old. Ayumi being the cautious girl she was forced to become secluded herself from others and took a liking to an imaginary friend named Yami. Yami made Ayumi feel like she belonged and made her feel as if she was the only thing she needed. So much so Yami had a growing increase on her grasp of Ayumi’s decision making. After sometime Ayumi was slowly drifting away from her normal acts and habits and slowly became a more straightforward with herself. She thinks that it's her that is growing but in all actuality, it was Yami who is truly taking over. But before she could stop and go back to her sweet and innocent self the darkness within took over and made her do something that could not be undone. On the day December 23, 2005, Ayumi burned down the apartment 136b with her parents drunk and drugged asleep, killing off the only two known family members of hers. Not recognizing what she has done she creates this facade that entails that it was not her who has done this it was someone who left the stove on or one of her parents who left a lit cigarette unintended. And this was what she told the authorities when they arrived she practiced the line over and over in her head till she undoubtedly believed it. Giving birth to her split personality Yami...
