ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Ballistic Mask Disappeared from my Inventory while I tried to put it on, for the cleaver. I bought it off my friend and it disappeared as well when I logged in and tried to click on it. I checked around me to see if I dropped it but there was no sign of it nor no one nearby, the photo was from recent time and the video is from a bit ago.
(The last staff member who reviewed this never replied to my messages nor has given my items back)
