ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
When organizing my inventory I wanted to remove the two nether stars in my Hotbar slots but I had the bamboo staff on my cursor when clicking on the nether star and it opened up the settings GUI when closing the GUI my cursor my item got deleted? Aswell as when looking around the ground there were no items to be found.
