5-6, I would say that I am pretty active, though less so then I used to be.. I am attempting to be more active day by day, as much as I can!

What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation now will be shorter in words than it was last time. I want to get into government due to my experiences last time, the faction is all together welcoming, and I miss its entirety, there were times for many laughs, and roleplay with the others, even the lead was welcoming, along with the higher ups of the faction, something that made it worthwhile, and makes me want to go back. I miss the government faction </3
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?: Yes, I have a decent understanding of the Karakura laws and constitutional rights!
What are your goals for being in the Government Faction?: I hope to be relatively active, more so than around the end of my first time in the faction! I also wish to provide legal advice not only icly but oocly to anyone that may need/want it! And I hope to be able to go to any attorney call that I'm awake for, and just be there if anyone needs me!
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
The government faction does a lot, but some roles do specific things, like this (but not limited to)
[Judge]
Handing Out IDs (Distributing IDs to those who ask)
Filing Restraining orders (Taking into account the required 3 counts of proof for said claim, and filing restraining orders as they fit)
They can legalize Marriages (They can take two people of 18+ that have been together 3+ months, with proof, and legalize their marriage)
They will aid in Adoption (FIle the adoption papers)
They will review cases (Review trial cases, helping to create a verdict)
They will also do Pop-Up Shop inspections. (Inspect Player-Ran shops, either planned or randomly as THEY see fit) -Shop Inspections are run in their respective ways. They may pop up in disguise, do a test or 2 to see if the customer service is up to code, and give a score, submitting that-

Handle Lawsuits (They will defend their client in the courtroom)
Deal with Attorney Calls (They will often be called, and have to handle those, whether it be legal advice or handling cases)

They will like judges, run Pop-Up Shop inspections (Inspect Player-Ran shops, either planned or randomly as THEY see fit)

They do all the others do, but also handle writing up and approving laws, which is a very detailed sequence of events, or handling applications for the faction. They are highly respected and highly busy with duties, but they are also super inspiring to others, both within and not within the faction

I’m also quite well-liked, at least within the town!! I also have experience working here, which makes me an even better choice for the spot!
