That’s putting this lightly, I am pretty much constantly on SRP if I’m not well, in the middle of class. I try to be on the server for at LEAST three hours per day. Sometimes I'm on more, and on a very, very unlikely occasion, I'm on the server less than that. I also like to split my time online between my factions, or at least the ones that I'm in. I try to give each at least an hour, maybe two per day, and at least twice a week. TRIVIA QUESTIONS What is the student council and what do they do?: What's the student council? That's like asking what a cat is, Painfully obvious an anima-, Right, The student council is NOT an animal, I can assure you of that, but its relevance, and knownness, is that of one. It’s basically well known, almost by all people, or at least.. Somewhat known, by most people! The Student Council is a student body that governs just like the faculty would. They handle detentions and detention duty. They will work alongside faculty to figure out situations and handle them, then lay down the law. They are basically the government of the school, like how in the town, the government boosts the KPD. Think of Faculty as the KPD in this metaphor, and Council as the government. What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.): My motivation hasn’t really changed since the first, second, and third times I’ve applied, though I suppose yet another paragraph is in order! I’ve heard of so many good experiences from friend(s) that are, and have been in the faction beforehand. They’ve expressed to me that they enjoy the council, and have had a good time. They’ve made really good friends during their time, and don’t regret applying. There’s also the aspect of Councillors' duties, I know, what a weird thing to be motivated by, but it’s true, I am strongly motivated by the duties, I am an ex-faculty member, During my time as faculty i found a love the duties that they do, the detentions, the keeping order, it was all so much fun, and i dont regret doing it at all, and it’s pushed me to apply for council, and do it from a students perpsetctive, because they may be more understanding. Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events): Yes, Im fully aware and willing to preform as such. [Grade-10->12][Councillor]/[College][B->PhD][Councillor] Faculty Roles: [Chef]/[Receptionist]/[Caretaker]/[Tutor]/[Librarian]/[Professor][UP->HD]/[Teacher][UT->HD] Senior Leadership Team: [Vice-Principal] / [Dean] / [Vice-Chancellor] / [Deputy-Principal] / [Principal] / [Chancellor] (Faction-Lead) Misc Roles: [Club-Leader] IC SECTION SCENARIOS While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly? Alyx would ask them kindly to stop doing this, or repercussions would have to be forced to be involved, unless they want to discuss the reason behind this, “outburst,” which would earn them some grace, but not full immunity. A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do? If they refuse to take the mask off, the only thing Alyx can do is issue a “manhunt” with his group of councillors, or at least, try to, He would coordinate over the radio that there is an unknown individual with a mask on, and they need to be stopped, and the mask needs to be removed, Thai would basically be a last case scenario, where Alyx would get physical, and tackle the assailant if an opportunity were to arise and he saw it fit. A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns? The correct way to do this, at least in Alyx’s mind, Is to take the student outside, give them a moment to catch their breath, get some thoughts together, and then talk out their feelings, why this out-burst happened, and what HE can do to help this student, He wouldn’t treat the student like on outcast, or just another troublemaker, he’d treat them like a person, and talk it out. A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression? Alyx would sit down with these students, and preferably a more-experienced, and another, councillor, before setting down some e ground rules, some ground lines when it comes to these Protests, as in if it gets violent at any point, they may shut it down, If it becomes insulting, you can shut it down, and assess further rules with the other councillor, and protest runners. A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this? He would bring up this altercation with the faculty member, attempting to learn exactly what the issue is, and how to improve on it, without overstepping. He then would address the same issue with a Training Committee, and/or a higher-up of the council, fessing up to the issue, while also figuring out how to better handle these things. Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event): Build A Bear, Build A Bear, Build a Bear!!!: In this event, you will. Well? Build a bear! I know, almost like it's in the title, It would be a "Workshop" Build within an empty room in the school, or the courtyard, where there are multiple sections. Each is a different step to making a bear. Station One: This is the station of heartstrings, love, and a special homage. This is where you would decide the heart (Books) for the bear, each one having a different meaning and inscription. Furthermore, you could also make your OWN inscription, in one of the make-shift hearts (Books!), just to give it a little homey feel. Station Two: This is where you pick the shell, this is where you find a plethora of stuffies, and you have to pick which ine you wish to "Stuff" or "Bring To Life." You may only choose one. With this, you will then be ready to move to the next station, though the shell isnt the only thing you can get here. You can also earn a MYSTERY stuffy, at any random moment, where you get the Ultra-Rare that isn't just selectable, and you have to gather it by chance. Station Three: The stuffing, the lining, basically the foundation beyond the foundation. You will take turns working with the machine operator to fill the plushie you had just chosen, making it as comfortable as you wish, firm or soft, either or, it's completely up to you, mi amore. Then after you finish stuffing it, you essentially have to "Hug It in Life", which basically just means, well. You have to hug your new plushie until it's "Alive" or worn in to your preference, making sure it's the perfect plush for you, Not just another plush in the world, that prays on your downfall and stares in your soul. Simple TED Talk explanation, I am willing to put in hours, put in time to learn and expand my knowledge about things, whilst also putting in the work that is required to make a change. I come from a very rule-oriented family, and intend to uphold any rules I can.” Why do you want this position?: “I want this position so I can, I know it's stereotypical, but to make a difference. Truly, we live in a school where teachers, professors, and employees don't always take a second, and try to assess the why. Try to talk things out with students. It’s a hard thing to do, sure, but they should put more effort into doing it. I don't mean to shit ta-, damn it, I kind of do.” What interests you the most about the student council?: “What interests me most is like asking me to pick a favorite ice cream flavor, like, God damn? Take me out to dinner first? Either way, I will respond with a valid answer. Sorry for my. “Theatrics,” but what interests me most about the student council is, honestly. The people, yes, I enjoy the work, and I enjoy the opportunities, but have you seen THE GODDAMN PEOPLE? From giants to smaller people to kind people to downright bitches, it has such a variety of people. I'm sure there’s someone out there for me to bond with, right?
