Describe your activity on the server:
When not being part of a faction, SRP can tend to be a bit dull, where some users may wonder what to do or feel like they are repeating their roleplays. Despite not being part of a faction, I still find time to roleplay and create new interactions. From simply just walking around school, plaza, or anywhere else that's populated, I do my best to interact with anyone and everyone to not only meet new players of SRP, but to create new interactions and roleplay opportunities. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and having a conversation with them, seeing how they roleplay and create the atmosphere of their characters, and implement them into the server. When I'm not meeting new people however, I'm typically hanging out with my friends, playing basketball games with the basketballers, or throwing a house party for fun. Whenever I'm online SRP, you can always bet I'm up to something different.
Whilst being a decently active member of SRP, I do work five days a week which you can see within the table I’ve put below. I have plenty of free time outside of work, and am still active for long periods of time whenever I’m online or home. If I’m not online on SRP a single ping will suffice and I’ll be able to log on as long as I’m not in the middle of anything important and/or at work.

What is your motivation for applying?:
When I joined SRP back during the lockdown years, I found this server that I really enjoyed. Finding many friends over the years and hanging out without really roleplaying, despite always just having basic roleplay with my friends, KPD has always been of interest to me, especially with multiple people I’m close with encouraging me to join the faction with little to no negativity spoken about the faction. I’m not fully sure of everything the KPD does, or the rules that they follow but I’m always ready to sit down and learn through training sessions and questions I may ask. This year I’ve decided to try my luck again, and strive to do my best within the faction If I am accepted.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Karakura Police are the protectors and Justice of the city, providing support to the citizens and putting crime behind bars. Karakura Police department are separated into two separate divisions:
MAIN DIVISION:
The Main Division is the default and primary part of KPD, where you will enter upon joining. The goal of the main division is to uphold laws by patrolling, completing arrests, and maintaining a peace within the city. Tasks in the main division can range from going on patrol, taking police reports, working the front desk, and more! In the Main Divisions, the ranking system follows:
| MAIN DIVISION |
|---|
Cadet |
Patrol Officer |
Corporal |
Sergeant |
Lieutenant |
Captain |
Commissioner |
DETECTIVE DIVISION:
The Detective Division is slightly different in work, alternating from the main division where their task is to complete cases based off of evidence found at the crime scene. They are the step up in the department if you're looking to solve crimes and find suspects through interrogating, detaining suspects, and overall investigations of crime scenes. If you're looking for more detailed roleplay and to solve crimes with obtained evidence and be more hands on in cases, then the detective division is for you. In this Division, the ranking system separates into 5 ranks:
DETECTIVE DIVISION |
|---|
Detective Constable |
Detective Sergeant |
Detective Inspector |
Detective Chief Inspector |
Detective Superintendent |
Each division also obtains items that not only help interactions and create scenarios, but make the roleplay more lively and interesting in the process by the way they interact in the environment. Both the Main Division and Detective Division have items, some of them specific to their division only, which I will list below, starting off with the most crucial one:

Each Division, item, rank and code are essential to the KPD functions within the server as every part provides a detailed and realistic interaction into the environment.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police is important to SchoolRP because it provides an equal balance in the community. With GangRP, EMS and Government, KPD plays an essential role in the server by providing a balance and creating additional roleplay. By implementing restrictions and laws that are upheld by the officers of KPD, it provides risks and rewards for not only other factions, but all of SRP in total. Without KPD, the server wouldn't function as smooth and efficiently as it currently does.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
I understand, and acknowledge that if I am online on SRP and do not attend training I will be punished.

What's your character's full name?:
The mysterious blonde man had been waiting for the interviewer to finally finish setting themselves up, the scratching of the uncomfortable wooden chair echoing through the enclosed room, well.. There was a singular window behind the director, does that count as an ‘open space’? The blue eyed blonde male takes in a pristine clipboard with a single piece of paper attached inside of its clasp and is placed atop of the weathered, wooden table with a half-empty cup of pure, black coffee positioned nearby. The male raises his hooded eyes to the interviewers, the pupils hardened and seemingly uninterested. Clearing his throat with a grunt, before finally speaking up with a loud, distinct and authoritative tone that may have come across as showing he was rather formal. “My name is Noelle Klein, and it is a pleasure to meet you.” He says, introducing himself to the interviewer, and giving a small idea of who was about to be met today.
How old is your character (if accepted)?:
The cold air of the room seems to hit Noelle as he feels a gush of wind hit his face, his light-colored lashes flutter ever so slightly as he strains himself to give no visible reaction to the annoying gusts of wind. The air of the room gives off a certain atmosphere, a cold and hardly used room until today judging by the low maintenance appearance of the interior and furniture supplied. Noelle, now starting to feel a bit irritated as it was cold and he was wearing thin layers, raises his gaze to the interviewer to be met with the question, “How old are you, Mr. Klein?”
Slightly shifting in the chair, Klein's broad figure hiding the back of the chair he was sat on. “I am Twenty-Eight.” Klein doesn’t seem to be over-explaining, keeping his answers short and professional.
What are your character's gender and pronouns?:
“He, him are my pronouns.. Judging by that, I think you can guess what gender I go by.” Noelle offers a small, bitter looking smile. It wasn’t that he was unhappy, it was more he didn’t know how to smile. He nods to the interviewer as they in fact confirm that Noelle Klein is a male.

(Grade-12/Bachelors/Masters/PhD):
Klein straightens his posture, folding his hands together on the desk. Each answer he gave was professional, sharp, as if he were well prepared for each question asked. "I got my masters in Criminal Justice, I also studied abroad for Law, however I'm more drawn to the action."
What languages does your character know besides Japanese?:
Noelle smiles appreciatively towards the interviewer, finally glad that the dreaded window had been closed. Bringing his arms close to his torso as he awaits the next question, he sat with an almost expressionless look if it weren’t for the slight curiosity evident upon his face. He watches as the interviewer takes a sip of the lukewarm coffee, perking a brow as he notices the interviewer grimace and quickly place it back down before clearing their throat to ask the next question.
Once the question was asked, Klein raised his right hand, having only three fingers lifted. "I am fluent in three different languages. German, as it is my first and native language. I am mostly fluent in Japanese after I moved here from my hometown, and lastly I studied Japanese sign as an extracurricular." He spoke loudly, sounding prideful of each accomplishment.
Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
The eyes of the blonde male glanced down to the folder attached to the clipboard that contained the interview questions along with a small detailed description of him, taken just before entering the interview room. The page read accurate descriptions of him, along with some background information into his life. What the page was decorated with had looked something along the lines of:
"Noelle Klein, a 28 year old German male born in Munich Germany. Standing at 6'1, the blonde haired male that resembled his fathers, though his icy blue eyes resembled his mother, stook out like a sore thumb. Sitting at about 200 pounds according to the weigh in, he had a rather lean build, and upon inspection it seems his right arm and left leg are covered in sleeves of tattoos, ranging from flowers to other small intricate designs. He was a rather pale male, but he carried himself very proper and formally. He was rather polite and formal, and maintained a level of professional attitude." Although not captured on paper, being around Klein would give a radiant of the outdoors and pinewood, hinting that he may spend his time outdoors in the wilderness.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
The gifted German sat across from the interviewer, and upon gazing at him, you'd be able to have a small idea of how he acted in a professional and casual situation. It seemed as though his personality at work would be the same at home, unchanging from the cold and formalities of his responses and movements. What you saw is what you got when it came to Klein, and he didn't hesitate to deny that fact either. It wasn't all bad however, each point he wanted to make, he made clear and concise, leaving no room for further questions or doubt.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Giving yet another smile that didn’t quite reach his face, the man leaned forward slightly, as if focusing on that particular question. “I find teamwork to be an essential part of the job. It’s a firm belief of mine that you can’t always accomplish everything on your own, thus you should rely on your coworkers. It’s simple really, if someone is responding to a situation and they don’t wait for backup, they’re putting themselves at risk in a situation they may not be ready to handle alone.” He spoke firmly, as if he were teaching the interviewer rather than answering the question now.

What's your character's backstory?
Noelle Klein was born on October 26th, 1997. Growing up in Munich, Germany as an only child, Noelle was always a studious child. Expectations from his parents, Mei and Leon Klein, often required him to strive for success and nothing less. With his father being a professor and his mother having a major in law, education always played a major factor in his early stages of life. His fixation with math and equations along with the history of his family interested him into his studies, always searching for new ways of learning. By the age of 6, Noelle was purely focused on studying as well as seeking acceptance and praise from his parents. His family seemed to be decently small, as most of his ancestors had passed away or lived out of the country. Despite this, Noelle never took much interest in his fellow students or friends, always secluding himself to read books and expanding his vocabulary in his free time. By eight years old, Noelle was considered a gifted student, attending classes in the grades above his own, his mindset was hopeful for appreciation from his parents in return for the harsh and tedious hours of studying. Shaping and morphing his education into his entire personality, Noelle was often quiet, annoyed and irritated by the low education he received from the school within Germany. By thirteen, he had offered the proposal to move to Karakura to pursue a higher education system. With his family's approval, he quickly engrossed himself into the Japanese language, spending each day during his free periods and nights when he finished his studies to learn the language. By fourteen, he had understood the language decently, however he found it slightly difficult. Feeling the ache of his parents disappointment, he spent less time around others, furthering himself deeper into the study of the language until he had felt he perfected it.
At the age of fifteen, Noelle packed up and prepared to move. Although he traveled on his lonesome, he was never dependent on another, taking all of his studies and applying them into life skills as his plane landed in Karakura. Starting off in a school dorm, he quickly searched for a part time job to uphold his payments for his new life. Applying to each place he could, he managed to find a place in retail, which allowed him to continue his studies further than the allowance his parents had given him before his departure. Education in Karakura was a different level than Noelle was used to. It hadn’t become difficult, but it gave him a level of challenge that excited him, a feeling Noelle hadn’t felt since when he originally started his studies. Instead of pursuing new friendships or hobbies, he dedicated all his time to his studies. By sixteen he became more fluent with the Japanese language, and took up Japanese sign language as an extracurricular. With money being tight and only being paid minimum wage, Noelle spent little to no money within his lifestyle, trying to keep his budget responsible, with his only devices being a school laptop and a flip phone. Noelle's schedule would remain the same until he was seventeen, when his life changed for greater or worse. Upon taking a walk through the woods, he ran into a female he had never seen before, one who appeared to be older than him. Typically, Noelle would've kept walking, sticking to his studies as his main priorities, however this girl was different, something about her piqued his interest, something that no equation or book had done as much as she did.
Socializing never came easy to Noelle, seemingly from the lack of experience he had with doing such. Though he managed to speak Japanese fluently, every sentence uttered from his mouth was filled with formalities, something that made him stand out from many others. Despite this, he began to spend more of his free time traveling to the woods, sitting around the school, and anywhere else he could to study his new found fascination. Every trail, every classroom, and every street, she always caught his attention immediately. No matter how much he studied and attempted to understand, he could never warp his mind around the simplicity of his feelings. One day, while catching yet another glimpse of her, his eyes locked onto a ripped piece of paper that slipped out from her pocket. His gaze became curious, cautiously approaching the paper as she disappeared around the corner. Upon the paper laid a note that read "I know you're following me: xxx-xxx-xxxx". His eyes trailed over the digits, quickly understanding it was a phone number. Typing into his phone, he thus finally spoke to the only one who has ever fascinated him. Days went by of talking, then days turned into months. Studying became less of a lifestyle and more of a hobby, a pastime. His interest only grew with each new thing he learned of her. He felt himself becoming someone new, someone reformed from the mold his parents desperately shaped him into. Within only a few months, Noelle started his senior year. Though his studies lessened, his grades remained almost perfect, still making sure to keep up with the importance of his education. As October came and passed, Noelle entered his first ever relationship with the one he loved dearly, moving out of the dorms with the money he had been saving up all this time and getting a nicer place in the city. His personality began to bloom, his life changed in ways he hadn't expected. He started to make friends, though only a few, his social bubble grew slightly larger than before. Only weeks before his graduation, Noelle received a message on his flip phone, a message from his mother, the words turning his stomach and haunting him.
Learning of the death of his father, Noelle returned home soon after receiving his diploma. Due to the emotional crisis that quickly grew inside his mind, he cut contact with all people from Karakura. Letters came into the mail of overdue rent notices, however they didn't matter to him anymore. For once, he was defeated, confused, unsure of how to proceed with his life. The one who gave him life, the one that Noelle had been so eager to make proud, was gone. His mother shut down herself, rarely coming out of her room. He often received messages from his friends and his girlfriend, though he gave little to no response. His world was turned, and he couldn't understand the new picture in front of him. A few weeks went by, and soon came the memorial for Leon Klein. Using spare money from his time in Karakura, Noelle bought himself a nice suit and prepared for the celebration of life. All skills he gained from socializing were gone, his mind reverting back to its default, his comfort returning to the chalkboard filled with equations his father once wrote out for him. Being the only attendant from his family for his fathers memorial, Noelle decided to leave early. Walking down the street of his old hometown, he stopped by the tattoo parlor. In remembrance of his father, he got a sleeve of tattoos that filled his right arm and left leg, a memorial that would be permanent with Noelle. The month drifted by slowly, texts from his loved ones in Karakura flooded his flip phone, though he gave little to no responses. The one he once loved and cherished, his first ever love, he sent a message, breaking things off between them officially. Feeling a pang in his heart, the German boy quietly snapped his flip phone shut, laying it down onto his mattress. Tears slowly dripped down his face, however he didn’t understand why. Klein was never emotionally smart, and losing for the first time in his life was something he couldn’t understand. It was more than just another equation, and it wasn’t something he could erase and rewrite. As more emotions rolled in like tidal waves, he knocked his flip phone off the bed, startling him slightly. Sliding off the mattress and bending down to pick up the phone, he noticed an unfamiliar box underneath the bed frame, one that hadn't existed before he moved to Karakura three years prior. Curiously, Noelle wiped away the tears that filled his eyes with the sleeve of his shirt, sliding the box out. Lifting the flaps of the box to open it, his eyes fixated on the contents that laid within. Items, clothing, and a letter from his father all laid neatly within the box. Opening the letter, he read the first few words out loud, "To my son". Remembering the familiar handwriting of his fathers, he continued to read out the heartfelt letter. His eyes fixated on a few words that stuck out like a sore thumb, the five words he had longed to hear his whole life: "I am proud of you…". Discarding the letter to his side, Noelle pulled out the contents of the box, the suit his father wore to his job, a dark grey sweater shirt with a lighter grey button up shirt, and a pair of black formal pants, accustomed with a black tie. A silver watch laid inside the box as well, a family heirloom supposedly passed down by Noelle's grandfather. Finally, laid a brown briefcase at the bottom of the box, made of pure leather. The initials "L.K." were carved neatly into the side of it. Noelle understood what his father meant with each item, growing him into the man his father was. Grief filled his summer, however it was cut short when an acceptance letter came in the mail. Though uneasy, a reverted Noelle packed once more, preparing to set off to Karakura once more to attend college for a degree in Law, like his mother.
Arriving once more in Karakura, Noelle quickly set out to find himself a new job. Taking one up at the bookstore, he occupied himself by quickly finding textbooks and other books he needed for his first semester of college. Moving back into dorms once again, he sat himself up at what felt like home to him, a room of books, essays, and sheets of paper. Noelle had never bothered to get in contact with his old friends, or his ex, feeling as though they were distractions from his study. The return to education was a slight struggle at first, considering Noelle had focused less and less on it in the past few years. Keeping his schedule busy between lectures and his work, Noelle continued to study law for the rest of his freshman year. Different from before, he regularly sent out messages to his mother, checking up on her and keeping her updated about his life. Despite feeling normal once more, his heart lacked the motivation for law. Unlike any other studies he kept himself occupied with, when it came to his degree, he felt out of place, like it wasn't his own dream, but the one forced upon him by his family. Coming to the end of his freshman year, Noelle woke up inside the dorm, hearing a commotion outside. Opening his door, his eyes quickly fixated on the two in front of him, wearing blue with vests. A third person stood against the wall, being patted down by one of the Officers in front of him. After a few moments, he slowly shut the door, though he felt a curiosity, and itched for something more, something different than he's been pursuing. By the beginning of summer, he swapped his major to Criminal Justice, seeking to pursue something new. While informing his mother, he received backlash, disappointment for the sudden change in studies, however Noelle felt it was the first step in taking back what he sought for. As internships came around during his sophomore year, he applied quickly to KPD, however didn't get an acceptance. Not letting the step back defeat him, he doubled in his studies, researching hours on end of police work, the justice system, and the laws of Karakura. By the end of his sophomore year, Noelle found a new apartment to live in once more, using his savings from the bookstore to pay the rent. When he had free time from studying, he picked up a new hobby, lifting weights in the school's gym, and hiking and running the trails of the woods he once lured on. Keeping his mind sharp and his body in shape, the final years of pursuing his studies came to a close, with Noelle obtaining his bachelors degree by twenty four.
After graduating from college, Noelle continued to engross himself within the studious lifestyle he always lived, making sure he never forgot everything he learned. Knowing he was required to be twenty five to apply for police, he waited restlessly, keeping himself as closed off as usual. The contact he had with his mother no longer existed, the disappointment leaking through each message sent to him. He paid no mind to her anymore however, as he now knew what his father truly was like, and who he wanted Noelle to be; himself. October came by, and soon came Noelle's birthday. To celebrate the long awaited achievement, Noelle finally took a stroll out around town. Listening to the busy streets of Karakura, he walked slowly down the pavement until he reunited with a friend of his from high school. After getting into a conversation with his reunited friend, he learned of her existence as a Lawyer for Karakura now. Though Noelle was never one to overshare with his emotions, his mind wandered back to being seventeen once more, how long ago it felt, and how it felt like yesterday all at the same time. Nonetheless, he shook off the feeling, now explaining to his old friend of the years that had passed since high school. Not eager to chat for long, Noelle soon departed back to the comfort of his home, grabbing hold of a marker as he stepped up to his calendar. From day to day, he would mark an X onto each day, counting how long it took to finally await an open position within KPD. After a few months, the news came in like wildfire, "NOW HIRING, KARAKURA POLICE DEPARTMENT". His eyes filled with a determination he hadn't felt in a long time. Taking hold of the advertisement, he held it against the wall, lifting a small tac and sticking it dead center of the board to hold the page there. After completing his daily exercise and studies, Noelle dressed up in his fathers suit once more, slipping on his silver watch and filling his briefcase with documents and medical history. With one final glance to his apartment, he walked out the door, and headed to the Police department for his interview.
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
Shifting in his seat, Klein glanced down to the watch that laid on his inked wrist, his eyes drinking in the numbers that displayed. 'It's already almost been a full hour', he noted to himself. Glancing back up to the interviewer as he asked the question, Klein's mood shifted slightly, as if he were now taking a test rather than an interview, and Klein was always prepared for tests.
"No, it is illegal to be in possession of a pocketknife for any reasons. If caught with one, it will be confiscated and you will be arrested."
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
Klein faltered at the question for just a moment. Could it be that for once he was unprepared for the question? No, unlikely even. It wasn't that he was unprepared, or that he couldn't remember, it was simply that the question seemed rather random to him. This was common knowledge for anyone who's been in a hospital before, let alone taken a pharmacology lecture before. "A wooden cane, cough medicine, and bandages. Those three are the easiest to obtain and don't require prescriptions. There is also multivitamins and reading glasses, I own a pair and it did not require a prescription either."
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
Folding his bare pale hand with the other that drowned in the ink of tattoos, Noelle sat straight up once more now. his icy blue eyes gazed directly at the interviewer, listening intently as he made a mental note, recognizing the shift in questions to more serious and important questions. Taking just a moment to gather his thoughts, Klein answered both proficiently and calculated. "The first and most important thing is to maintain a level head, and to not act irrational. It's best in situations like these to follow the book and take appropriate precautions to keep yourself and the inmate safe. I would start off by recording for evidence via my Body Camera, and then step in to de-escalate the situation. Once I have done so, I'd check the inmate for injuries, providing medical care if needed and taking them to EMS if there were anything serious. After making sure the inmate is secured and safe, then I would report the situation to a higher up, using the video evidence I gathered in my favor." Noelle answered perfectly, strangely calm. It was if he was asked this before, or maybe he just studied intently on the matter.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
Keeping his hands in place, he nodded to the interviewers question. 'Similar to the last', Klein thought to himself. Gesturing with his hands as he spoke, he kept his ever so formal attitude, answering each prompt the interviewer gave with the same level of efficiency as the previous ones. "Well, once again it's best to not rush into a situation without a clear thought process. The first steps are to request back up using the radio, never just charge in without calling for back up in a situation like that as it can put you and your coworker in more harm. Then the main priority would not to be to take down the suspect, but to bring the co worker to safety as soon as possible. I will always value the safety of my peers over an arrest, and after bringing them to safety, Once again check their injuries and providing medical care with a first aid kit, along with bringing them to EMS if the injuries were anything serious. It's better to be safe about situations, as anything can go wrong in just seconds."
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
Klein paused, thinking for a moment. He grew rather annoyed for split moment as the interviewer clicked his pen in a slow, repeating pattern that teared Noelle's focus ever so slightly, and the last thing Noelle enjoyed was being interrupted from his thinking and studies. Taking a moment longer to answer than he did with the other questions, he spoke up once more. "Well, accusations as such aren't something to take lightly, as you know that it can affect someone's career and life as they know it. Knowing that they may not be the only co-worker in on the crime, I would investigate thoroughly and efficiently, making sure to gather proper damning evidence again the criminal organizations and my co-workers involvement with it. If and once I have a steady case of such, I would then bring it to the higher ups, allowing them to further investigate and take action." The male answered, which almost dawned the question, wondering if there was anything he wasn't prepared to answer?
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
A small smirk played across the blonde males face. The growing warmth of the room caused him to feel more relaxed despite the dingy chair he sat in. Putting himself into each scenario and applying the ideas, he felt rather baffled that anyone would try to bribe Klein of all people. "I'd shut down any idea, thought, or intent to bribe me. Then I would inform them that bribing is a fee, and charge them accordingly. I'm not someone who's wanting to join the department for power or bribes, I'm here to enforce the law, not manipulate it to my favor." He answered lastly, watching the interviewer as he turned through the paperwork, his pen dragging smooth and rather loud from the rolling ball.

Klein observed as the interviewer stood back up, grabbing the clipboard and balancing the coffee cup in the other hand. Raising to his feet now, Klein stretched, his back slightly in pain from the old chair he sat in. Nonetheless, he maintained his ever so perfect composure, the expressionless pale face giving off the same reactions as before. Nodding his head at the interviewer, he spoke up one final time as the door swung open, watching as the interviewer kept it open with his foot, offering Klein to exit first.
"Thank you for taking the time to interview me, I look forward to hearing your response."
