I’ve invested a staggering 11 weeks of playtime on my main account alone, diving deep into every aspect of the game. My other accounts typically accumulate 2-4 weeks of playtime each, showcasing my dedication to exploring a variety of characters and play styles.
Every day of the week, I find myself immersed in the game, usually playing for around 3-6 hours during the weekdays. These hours grow on the weekends, where I spend about 10-12 hours. I strive to reach at least 20 hours of gameplay weekly, distributing that time across all my characters to keep the experience dynamic and enjoyable.
I was a reporter and professor, now I am a lawyer within the government faction and a teacher in the school faction.

Shops: I am currently employed at two shops! But I'm also a retired cashier. I am also a Higher-Up within Tsuki No Umi!
Tsuki No Umi: Ran by pvchiekisq, and I currently hold the role “Sr. Employee” there! I was waitstaff before that for about 6 months if not more.
Seikatsu: Ran by ZackTimeKiller, I currently work there as a waiter, and I have worked there for about a month longer than Tsuki No Umi!
Yona-Yona (Retired): Ran by Reximix, I used to be a Trial Cashier at Yona-Yona for about 4-5 months before ultimately leaving the position.
I plan to apply to work at more shops, and of course, lead this one if im chosen as a shopkeeper!

What shop are you applying for?:
I am applying for the shop slot ‘Yodonaku Ken'Yaku,” But I would like to rename the location to “Sakura Bistro.”
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
I would like to become a Shopkeeper because watching the current shops open, and create new products, allows people not only to make their character more fascinating, but also roleplay opportunities, when it comes to restaurants, which has struck a fascination with the faction. This also allows me to get a new experience, and will give my playtime and a character of mine more activity. This allows me to be more active within the server, grant people the things that other shops can, and offer people a good opportunity, as well as the ability to gain shop experience and test out the waters, which may, in turn, inspire people to apply for Shopkeeper later on, or maybe other shops!
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
Store Overview: Sakura Bistro, A place made so that people could sit down, enjoy the sights, and have some good conversation while sitting over enjoyable food. This, in turn, leads to the theme of the restaurant, which strongly shows what it’s meant to be as a light-hearted retail/convience store, where people can all enjoy their time.

Event one: King Of The Hill
It’s pretty much self explanatory, Sakura Bistro will be hoisting a “King of The Hill” event during it’s debut, or maybe later on, either way this would entail: It would have this kind of like, Wipeout course, and your goal is to stay at the ending point the longest, The way taking it over would be both chance, and skill, you have to of course, make it through the obstacle course, but you also have to beat the current champ of the spot in a game of “Rock Paper Scissors”, Which is where the component of luck plays in, Before anyone gets to the end it will be free game, meaning the first person that makes it is the “King” of the hill until someone can win it out from under them, A HU in the shop will be in charge of starting a stop-watch with all new leads of the area, and writing down how long they can stay there, The person to stay the longest in one go, will be the winner.
Event two: Ninja Training
An event where the workers (Likely Higher-Ups) will be teaching a class about Ninjas! The common Ninja Star throwing, the katana usage (bokkens), and more, things like using tunnels to get around, sneaking up on people, and how to do obstacle courses, since quick mobility is an essential piece of being a ninja, the course will focus heavily on the fundamentals of being a ninja.

Lore: Sakura Bistro originated in the heart of Japan, owned by someone of the Baek lineage, finding themselves in the heart of it, stuck alone having to make a life for himself, luckily enough he was from a rich family, his pockets were still lined with the family’s money, He started a store “Sakura Bistro”, the name of this entrepreneur was “Elio Aslinn-Baek” he used to strive in Karkaura for himself, just trying to make himself a name, work at a few stores, and place himself in the heart of the school, but then he eventually gave up, and moved to the capital of Japan, to make a life for himself.
During his time there, at the age of 20, he bought out an old abandoned restaurant, and he started decorating it like a traditional Japanese restaurant, making sure it was a comfortable place, somewhere people would like to be, somewhere they’d feel at home, he wanted a slightly japanese, slightly medieval, but welcoming restaurant, where people were free to be themselves, and eat great food, He knew it could help bring in the money.

Build/Theme:
I sadly did not have the time to build an outline of what “Sakura Bistro” would actually look like: So instead, I will provide photo examples of the general idea, as well as a text explanation of how it’s meant to look.
It will have a slightly medieval, slightly modern Japanese look, the second floor likely consisting of a more Medieval look, with the first floor holding that traditional Japanese style, having the modern tables with cushions around the table, and traditional paper walls! The second floor may hold a “Castle Play-Pen.” If there's room, there will be fun things like a ball pit, a bouncy castle, and more held behind a wall built like a castle's front wall! Giving people something to do for fun while waiting for food, after getting their food, or just in general having fun, though there would likely be an admission charge, allowing you to eat and more in there would probably be a 10-15k charge to enter the "Medieval Play-Pen”.
At The front of the store would be a Medieval Themed Counter, Where you would check out with your items after shopping!

I do not currently have them, but I do have uniforms being tailored for the shops, so rather than providing images of them, I will describe their theme and what they will look like!
Kimonos are generally traditional in Japan, occasionally being worn by people day in and day out, especially common in the shrine, rather than by citizens or by Shrine workers, as this Shop is very Japanese-esque, and very kimono-like. The uniforms are going to be kimonos, likely of lighter colors.

There’s also a Pay-Bump when you get promoted to a Higher-Up Position
Managers: They get an extra 10% when working off a percentage, or an extra 20k when working for a certain amount.
The amount per shift for each position has yet to be determined, since a Trial-Run shift will be needed to be able to select one!
