Implanting a Group Text/Calling script into the current phone system.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
1. Friends - And Family. It would be so cool, to be able to have GROUP texting, and or calling, it would give friend circles such a cool way to communicate with, instead of having to meet up, and giving Family's the function to have a Family group-chat.

2. GangRP - It gives us GangRPr's / CrimeRPr's a better way to communicate, instead of having to call everyone one by one.. Whilst being in a chase.. Or getting fought. Its just one BIG group text and BOOM they are all there.

Note: I know personally this would be a GREAT edition to the current phones, and i hope YOU all agree!

Yea, Thats why its a update to the phones.. I feel like Onrain is for social media, its like X..
 
For the first part, we have onrain for that. Although calling in a group might be a cool thing, it would probably still affect the use of onrain.

As for GangRP: Like onrain, there's a criminal website for it that's called Ikigai and adding a way to easily communicate with members like that would practically destroy one of the benefits of having it, especially when achieving a status such as Street or organised. Yes, it doesn't have calling, but the texting part is there and offers a reward for gangs that have achieved the street or organised status.

- 1 i listed reasons for a reason, i know those are things. It is implated for NON Onrain users, and NON street and org gangs.

Before I begin, please read my signature as I will not read what you reply to me unless you message me directly. What we have works just fine, and if we mess with it, others like Jocks or Businesses will have issues with communicating with their group/community. Plus, they system isn't broken so why fix it

We have OnRain for group chats. They have made this to allow us to have group chats on the server, and you may say they could make a new code. Making a new system would take SO LONG on making, testing, bug reporting, and so on. So even if they made a completely new phone system, it would take MONTHS of work on the Devs and Josh's end to get it uploaded, tested, and functioning on the server. What we have works just fine.

Reason why we have Ikigai for a reason, as a Gang/Crime Roleplayer(and a bmd) Ikigai has become very important. You and your group can make up codewords like the Military Alphabet, on what each area is called to make meetups and stuff more interactive. Plus, OnRain shouldn't be used for GangRP, as some people might recommend, as that can be tracked by the data office of OnRain and it could be turned over to the police. Like it has in past cases and trials, which is why we use Ikigai or just simply text.
 
+1 I don’t want to log into discord or onrain every time I want to send a ikigai or just a normal message

adding it also deletes the reason for having it on an Ikigai server, people would use it less. I get the reasoning behind it but having a private Ikigai channel is a benefit for a UVG/ VG. Yes, people may not like the fact that it's like that but it's a reward of reaching that rank in status, as cool as it would be to message friends/ call them in a large group it would negatively affect onrain and Ikigai or, I could see it effecting it that way.

Although, neutral grounds with the idea.

- We won't be adding group calls, however you can use group chats via ONRAIN with in-game integration.​
