I believe that there should be a postal service as in jobs, newspaper deliveries and even an online shopping delivery service. Imagine getting a letter delivered to you or medical info via letter or even to pay bills and maybe having filed documents (exp: rental agreements, housing agreements and others).
How will this benefit the server and community?:
These things would benefit the community in a realism aspect, getting news updates via the papers, having documented files in safe places for housing, job applications or even adoption or even having a social worker help those get job, people like to roleplay stuff like crime, medical or even family and to read stories like a criminal on the loose on a newspaper could bring a hopeful aspect into the game, that we aren't left out on other players roleplays/stories. Have someone come to your door to deliver you letters, papers or packages gives a sense of trust in the community that others can handle your stuff with care and to have it handled by a delivery boy/girl/person will be a employment opportunity that adds human likeness. Online shopping deliveries, having something shipped to you with the handle and care by another player would feel loyal, instead of having to go to a post office 24/7 (i love the PO) but having something come straight to you can impact a players storyline. I think some of these thinks could help bring trust, kindness and even a better understanding of reality to players. Please consider <3
