Describe your activity on the server:
I like, do not play whatsoever. Jokes! I am a pretty active player, or so, I believe that I am due to how often I am online. Compared to other applications of my own, I would give my activity at least 8 brownies and a half out of 10. Depending on the day or week, whatever it may be– it is entirely flexible. Consistently seen online from 2PM EST ranging until 3AM EST, talk about great schedule! But of course, this will differ by the time school starts– which I would like to say, doesn’t effect my activity too much. As of factions, I am active on both tags and known to be flexible on characters despite changing them so much. I am currently active on my cheer tag more than any, but can often be seen on my alternate accounts characters and in several chats. Even if I am in vanish, I would say I am still pretty active– normally flying about and interacting in OOC with others, whether it being in game or in the discords themselves. But, besides that, there is my activity. It will for sure fluctuate depending on the day, the week, how I am feeling and what not- just like any other player could imagine.
What is your motivation for applying?:
I will entirely be honest, I did not expect to apply as I believed I would stay in that crime aspect five-ever. Shocking, no? But as for motivation, it has come to my interest that the experience would be fun. I have always been one to write on every application that my motivation is the experience, the interactions, and it entirely is. As for everyone, interactions are something that fill the experience on SRP, I personally think it would be something so different from my norm on the server. The whole aspect of being on the opposing side, the quote-on-quote good side and against crime seems intriguing to me to try.
There’s a lot of different types of roleplay you get, but as well as the huge adrenaline rush you can gain from this faction. I fear I love the adrenaline it makes the situations much more fun to me, but of couuurse.. I AM HERE FOR THE INTERACTIONS! Roleplay. I love to roleplay a lot, being on the KPD end of things rather than the one being against KPD seems genuinely so interesting. That is seriously my main motivation, to be able to experience that side and understand it on the other level.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Enough to say that I know stuff . . I think!

DUTIES
→ PATROLS ▪ Officers go on patrol together to basically scan out areas, following their route and checking around for crime.
→ ARRESTS | DETAINS ▪ Arresting and detaining, both done when a crime takes place or if someone needs questioning– they can be detained for further details. As for arrests, self explanatory, cops arrest for the sakes of a crime being done.
→ CCTV ▪ Cameras, yay! CCTV is used as a way of checking where people have been last seen, a way of patrolling in a sense but like from a specific point of view. Security basically.
→ REPORTS ▪ Reports are taken and a way for detectives to have something to delve into. Reports are given by players, which can lead to investigations and possible arrests, etc.
→ INTERROGATION ▪ Questions! Interrogations are done by detectives, this is where they ask to criminals or suspects, witnesses, whatever it may be- about a situation. Questions like the who, the what, the where, the when. All of it.
EQUIPMENT | GEAR
→ GAS MASK | RIOT HELMET ▪ These are used to protect the faces and identities of officers, but as well in certain situations to protect them physically (e.g., fires, pepper spray.) In a sense the way criminals wear ballistic masks, to protect their physical state and identity.
→ RADIO ▪ Radios are used for communication, using police code on it to communicate with other officers as to where they are going, when they are returning to station, etc. Radios can be used for a way to emergency broadcast something serious, our favourite, code 0! These can also be used to contact EMS and town hall.
→ CAMS ▪ Not CCTV cams, but the ones on the officers. Bodycams. These are used to record the footage of an incident, keeps record of how both the officer acts in a situation or how a suspect can.
→ HANDCUFFS ▪ These are to keep peoples hands to themselves. Handcuffs are used during arrests and detainment.
→ STUN BLASTERS | TRANQS ▪ Pew. Both prevents suspect from running loose and wandering off. Stun blasters stuns the player, making them collapse but not knocked out. Tranquillizers on the other hand, they are darts that make a player be knocked out. Zz.
→ CROWBARS ▪ Crowbars, these can break down doors on properties that need to be opened up. These can only be used when there is a reasonable motive and is warranted to be used during raids, active scenarios like kidnapping/hostage taking scenarios, etc.
→ PEPPER SPRAY ▪ All EMs have this, both KPD and EMs. This can be used against someone and blind them temporarily, something that can be used in a way of self-defense.
→ SHIELDS | BATONS ▪ Riot shields, self explanatory usage; shielding the player holding it, these can push people back during protests and even as a way to deflect a hit. Batons, kind of like the way a criminal would use a bat, a close ranged item.
OTHERS
→ LUMINOL SPRAY ▪ This is a spray they use on weapons and masks to check if blood has been washed off, to check the stains of blood that isn't cleaned off properly.
→ CHECKING LOGS ▪ They do this at the front desk or at any computer in the station, checking history of citizens if they have a felonious past. They can also check logs in the sense of checking players phones when warranted, checking texts and call logs to see if they have contacted anyone during a situation that can add onto the case.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
SchoolRP is quite literally a split between the good, the bad, the ugly. There is an opposing faction called crime– a mix of gangRP and delinquency where people do things that are against laws. KPD is there for the sakes of stopping crime and not making the server fully a mix of school and crime only, but justice too. Police are important in this the same way it is for OOC, they stop crime and keep us safe in a sense.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
I am aware of this and fully acknowledge it, yes.

What's your character's full name?:The alien sat there, his knee bouncing up and down. Clearly, nervous.
“I. Ammmmm.. Uuuchhhu… I mean Kuutai!”
A file was sitting in front, the name read out: KUUTAI UUCHU.
How old is your character (if accepted)?:
25 years old.
What are your character's gender and pronouns?:
Male | He/Him
Please select your highest academic role at the time of writing this application:
→ College ▪ Masters in Forensic Psychology
What languages does your character know besides Japanese?:
“I only speak Japanese. I made up a language once when I wa–”
Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
An alien: Something completely different from your normal life– that’s what he was. An alien. Or so, he believed he was one. Kuutai was someone like any other person, someone with his own quirks and things to make him who he was, that being the fact he was almost alien-like. At first glance, the man stood rather awkwardly– nothing bad in his posture but he made himself have that view of looking out of place in a crowd. Uneven splotches of greens and what seemed to be uneven shades of lime-yellow tainting the shaggy hair, holy dye-job– he stuck out like a sore-thumb. Put him in a room full of ‘regular’ people, he would seriously look like an alien. Just green and there.
Even his character was alien-like, he was . . Stupid in a way. Acting as if he came from another planet, out of the ordinary. Kuutai managed to seem like he had the survival instincts of a fart, yet happened to be capable of everything anyone else could. Somehow managing to make it look like he had no capability of doing any of the stuff he could do. Uuchu walked around as if there wasn’t anything that could go wrong, kind of like Spongebob but even more without thought. Holding himself high despite the hidden insecurities like any other, shamefully insecure of the alien-like behaviour he showed.
As for unique. Is the alien-like thing the only thing? Kuutai was the type to make one question, how did he get here? How did he have this occupation or even a degree at most . . There was something in him that was much more serious, way past determination and confidence, something more. There was eager and desire to follow this dream, to follow it the way he followed his alien-like belief.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
The alien is very much an awkward type, standing there. It would be a lie to say that he would be very social, but, he is too busy figuring out whether or not to speak or to just rot where he is standing. If someone were to speak first in the casual sense, then he would speak, horribly. Like, absolute randomest things, unless one were to catch him speaking in odd words to himself. Kuutai is likely to be very silent at first, not in the sense of needing to warm up- there is no warming up to people to him, it is either now or never again, or.. Ever! The alien is likely to be standing on the side, observing like an owl; uncanny-ish, but not in an ill intent. Uuchu doesn't mean to be so awkward, bless him for not having the ability to socialize properly.
There will be times he /does/ include himself out of the blue, quite literally, out of the blue . . Adding onto conversation out of nowhere, anything to make the whole room feel very (?) . . As for professional situations- he would be more composed and visibly less awkward, more serious to feel serious. But if you were to look at his hands or his knees, they would be fidgeting or even bouncing. Foot tapping, nerves eating him alive despite the masking. The alien is seriously just a minion, professional and locked in a sense- yet clearly not someone supposed to be here.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
It would be a lie if it was written that Kuutai was so excited to be on a team and to work . . #teamwork! – Kuutai's honest outlook on teamwork and new people in general will always have him hold this worry in his stomach that they'll think something about him. The usual worries of a person, nerves and all.
"I personally don't know too much on team settings, but, then again. Like any other job, you deal with it and just go on with it. I mean-- I don't deal with it, or well like, have an issue. I justffhhf.. Don't have too much focus on holding something close with thhhhhemmmmff.." Uncertainty laced in his tone. "–I don't think that I have anything against it, co-workers are there to help, we work as a team to get the job done, I clock out, I go home. Easy squeasy, lime and lemon. Whatever it is. Team work is good, I would rather be with people than die alone on something– I do not want to die alone out there."
Kuutai holds no interest in people, just curious of the word 'people.' Teamwork is something he knows is a need, the only time he'll include himself without being awfully awkward. As for co-workers, you cannot pay him anything to actually be excited to meet new people or be eager to work with people.
What's your character's backstory?
FILE 00: CRASH LANDED
Aliens aren’t real. Do you seriously believe in something like that? – A belief that someone took oh-so seriously to every part of him, that he was something out of this world.
════════════════════
February 6th, 2001. Gifu, Japan.
A star was born, or should it be said– an alien was born.. Kuutai Uchu, the son of both ▮▮▮ and Fujin Uchu. An only child, the only son. There was no mother in the picture, or at least that is what the young-star remembered; not a single story about his mother or a peep about who she could be to him. Fujin made nothing but a huge impact both positively and negatively in Kuutai’s life, stories and beliefs being passed onto Kuutai- leaving him with such a strong belief by the way his father had been feeding into the stories.
“You fell from space,” that was what his father would repeat. Or even– “Kuutai? He fell from space!” A joke to the public, his father’s way of replying to cover up the story of where Kuutai had came from and where his mother may be. The same words repeated and rephrased to everyone who asked where his parents were during school events. It was always the non-stop repetitive questions as to where Mr. Uchu was at every instance, questions from other students to Kuutai as to where his mother was too.
“I fell from space.” That’s the only reply he ever had to all the curiousity and chatter that surrounded him. “I do not acquire a mother!” Spoken with pride, falling for the jokes and taking it for the truth. But why did everyone laugh? It was something he didn’t understand, but yet something he caught onto as time flew by. Silence was better than speaking, better to block out the laughter.
That line started his entire story, his entire turnaround of his life, he came from space and everyone was different from him. Or well, he was the different one. An alien, that’s what they referred to him as, those are the creatures in space– that only equaled that Kuutai was an alien from space. Something he believed for the rest of his life.
FILE 01: DO YOU STILL BELIEVE?
Through out highschool, that ‘phase’ that the world viewed it as didn’t disappear. Kuutai felt the need to show that he was different than explaining, constantly dyeing the dark strands of hair into different colours on the wheel– anything for the world to see that /he/ was different. Explaining only left him shoved into things, seen so lowly of due to his extraordinary– no. Out of the ordinary explanations.
“What is your problem, Kuutai? Do you still believe in that bullshit?” From friends that he grew up with, or so, that is what he titled them as. It was a constant repeat with those questions whether it being from people he knew or people he didn’t. Nobody took it seriously the way he did, nobody saw him the way he was trying to be seen. To be known for himself. There was constant shoving and belittling on Kuutai for who he believed to be, but why let it stop him?
The constant belittling left him more silent with those things, lacking the social skills with others– keeping his peace by keeping his belief of being out of the ordinary to himself. Constantly dyeing his hair to express his unnatural self, staying preoccupied in his works than what people had to say. For someone so ‘stupid’ with interactions like social cues and even his own wordings, he was strong in his works. Flexible and easy with adapting to things. You would only expect with this whole stupidity he had for a character would slow him down in school, that the words and things done to the alien-belief would put him down by now– but it showed to be nothing to him. Showed. It didn’t feel like nothing though, even if he wished to ignore it.
FILE 02: MILKYWAY’S PATH
There was a period in time, somewhere along the memory of that milkyway. The start of it all. There was no interest in a sense of romantic connection or platonic friendships to hold along the way for people, but curiousity about every little inch of their character. Curious and interested because he didn't understand them, so different from his ordinary- the same way he was different from others ordinary. People fascinated him but not in the way people would expect, not in the whole creepy-I want to know your every single move, and not in the way of attraction. Just fascination due to how they were just there. Why did people smile sometimes when they were angry? Aren't you meant to be upset by then? Why did people say the opposite things when it was apparent they didn't feel that way?
There was a point in the milkyway- what felt like an asteroid striking the alien and keeping a dent in him, a memory. "Kuutai," a teacher once said. A blurry face for all he could recall, it was years ago, how could you keep the face of someone that knew you just for months? There was a head tilt in reply. "Have you ever considered psychology?" In this point, you'd expect he would have taken psychology to become something medical field based, maybe a psychiatrist? A the******? There was more to that memory that became nothing but a blur, but it was the cause of what led up until end of college. A collection of journals.
"You've always been an interesting student, Kuutai. Take this for a graduation gift," there was a note in a journal- the first journal he ever used. A note that read out, 'Keep your curiousity and your head in space, keep your silent thoughts organized, your curiousity and the answers you receive in separate spaces." To be quite frank, Kuutai had no idea what that even meant. Was it some metaphor he missed? Was it some sort of instructions he didn't quite get? The journal was used ever so often, used as a way to study the people he met- the interactions he had, the every little detailed answer he received to answer his curiousity.
The curiousity went a long way. Time continued, his 'phase' continued. College found its way in time. The alien found himself following a path of psychology, but also something involving more than just understanding someone, but why the said someone did something. Forensic studies, patterns. Kuutai liked patterns, they were easier to get a hang of than people around him. People were complicated, behavior wasn't. A forensic program he continued walking down on led to internships during college, shadowing crime investigations, officers: this led him to a realization of how every day was different. He liked different. There was different people, a variety of behaviors and observations, a variety of people who acted so different from the last.
FILE 03: DOES THE WORLD STILL SPIN THE WAY IT DID?
Time goes by. The world was still spinning. The comments, the things he endured– it didn’t stop him from continuing. The world didn’t stop spinning for him. Not yet. There was determination that kept in his ‘colourful’ blood. Part-time jobs for the sakes of holding himself up, to explore in places he never ought to go to, away from home to prove his father he was something more than just his little belief. Or– was it to prove to himself that he could actually be more? Who knew. The world continued to spin, time continued to pass. Suddenly he was with a degree, driven by his motivation, driven by the discouragement that followed him; thriving by every belittling comment that would have stopped his world from spinning.
There were a bunch of pages in the storyline that were yet to be said, but what's the point in saying every word from every intricate page? The alien had many hidden but most importantly, many more to have be written in. But, hey, now that alien landed his ship into Karakura. Watch out world.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
A head tilt from the alien-like man,
“No. I don’t think that’s even legal anywhere, space don’t got those– but like have the eq–” A pause, sidetracked.
“Pocket knives are illegal to have on your person and to own here in Karakura.”
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
“FIIIIVE?” A long pause, almost disassociating at the question– for only then to spitball a bunch of the answers out.
“Aspirin, it doesn’t need a prescription anymore as it really is just a pain-killer for stronger injuries. It is no longer something that needs one, but /did/ before. That also goes with paracetamol, I count this as one item as a whole.”
“I shall continue with the medicine category. Melatonin. It makes you sleep–” Again, sidetracked with his replies, continuing. “Those help people with their sleeping, they do not require prescription. Sweet dreams to all and to all that take it, a good night.”
“The three types of bandages, the two eyepatch bandages that kind-of wrap over half of your face like a mummy andddd . . Regular? Type? . .” Was there doubt in knowing what a bandage was? “Bandages do not require prescriptions, they are part of basic medical equipment people use on a daily.”
“Glasses.” That's all he said for that. No explanation.
“Cough syrup, so like, medicine basically. It gets rid of the sickness, your usual.”
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
Complete distraught on Kuutai’s face. “That’s a possibility? Why be an officer if you intend on doing what is wrongg…”
"I mean, obviously the procedure you would do if you see a citizen assaulting a person, stop the situation. I would treat it the same way as that, nothing less than it. Do people say they would jump in with the co-worker in this question . . ?" That was a genuine question from him, shaking his head with disappointment clouding his expression. The seriousness was continued. "First of all, I would get the said co-worker off the inmate, matter a fact- out of the cell. God. Would make sure they are out of the cell, keeping them away from the inmate and their hands to themselves. Depending how that goes, which heck, I assume they wouldn't be in the cell and not fight me . . I fear for th- BUT! I would have to ask them as to why they even did that, because-- why /would/ you do all that? Treat it like any other situation with a criminal, or well suspect, take them in for questioning. And with reason, they can be arrested and charged for assault. Yeah."
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
"Again, obviously stop it. Duhhf.. But, on a serious matter, radio before stepping in. I mean, what if I get got too?! And nobody can save us!?" Was there an actual panic there? This wasn't a real scenario, but it felt real in that mind of his. "Radio first for back up in case of anything that could happen, step into the situation while unholstering my stun-blaster, yell as a warning to lay off from the officer. Wiitthfhthattt.. Umfmf.. If they don't listen to that warning, then I would obviously use my stun-blaster on 'em. Pew. Once the person is down, focus on the criminal first- would arrest, use the cuffs n' send them to the celllzzz.. And then check on my co-worker n' see if they are okay, check the basics on their pupils, get them to EMs to get properly checked ouuuthhhg... YEAH!"
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
"THATSPOSSIBLE–?!" Was this even a professional setting anymore with his absurd reactions?
The alien cleared his throat, ruffling at the odd shades of green strands . . "–weeellll . . If I found out, I will be real with you. I am getting curious. Curiousity killing cat? Kills? The? Cat? Yeah. Kills the cat. I would get curious about it and slyly find out more things of it to know it's actual corruption, because like, what if it's a hunch? I got to be for-sure . . But sometimes, y'know, can trust your gut. I dunno about my gu- ANYWHO! If my co-worker was doing all of that, which is entirely illegal, arrestable to be doing so. I would have to report it, dig a liiiiiiitttle bit of evidence since I cannot go down- or up, where is commissioner office? Up? I cannot submit a report on a worker without proof of it and just saying trust my gut and prayyyy . . So, plan."
Kuutai nodded once. "Get nosy. Get information. Make report, send in report. Get co-worker in trouble for it, arrested too and dive into whatever information that has been given out. Then umfmf.. Get information on the criminal organizations."
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
There was a brief pause, as if he was trying to understand how that would actually occur.
"Can't I just ignore the criminal? Or say no?" But then there was another pause, itching his neck. "I would likely say yes at first depending how they bribe me, is that wrong to say? I am honest at least. But I would probably fall for it like saying gullible is on the floor. I would look. – But, if it clear that it is suspicious, then I would play into it. To play into it is a risk, but also can get more answers from it- why do they want to bribe me? What is their motive? Who is behind all of this? Kind of those questions, y'aknowwww!?"
