DESCRIPTION
Would stand at 6'3" weighing 187lbs with only one functioning eye, accompanied by a deep but assertive voice.
He'd have a near constant blank expression unless said so otherwise complimented with a strong British accent.
His right eye would be made of somewhat transparent glass, containing a small Black Widow spider by the name of "XENO". He would have a fairly pleasant smell that'd somehow manage to still make you feel uneasy when around him.
PERSONALITY
Harvey, as expected is a fairly cold & stern individual, except towards those who he knows / admires to a certain extent. His tone & both his appearance don't exactly help him out at all here either.
Despite this he's fairly methodical individual and extremely good at problem solving even when under severe amounts of stress, this allows for him to bend & twist the words that come out of his mouth to near enough complete lies with ease. His lack of remorse and usual absence of feelings of guilt and both shame allow for him to even under-take tasks that most would see as unusual or even.. Odd. ABHORS Harvey is a strong believer in the 10 Commandments alongside this a strong believer in God. Individuals who carry out acts which go against said commandments, e.g Murder, Stealing & Adultery - Are then deemed to no longer be considered as even human in his eyes, instead animals- livestock, dogs, cats, birds, pigs, cows, rats, mice, ants.. The list goes on. The point is. You are now sub-human in a sense, the basic principles and human rights given to you by both god and the people around you at birth have been torn away from you & most importantly no longer apply to you, nor do you deserve them to begin with. Comes equipped with many assets, however as of now those below are the most used & fundamental ones for his success. All of these serve a purpose, all of these are tools & even some may refer to them as weapons. They are listed in no particular order.

THE BOXis a fairly discreet location, disguised as a book storage within an underground library in order to maintain & preserve older books, keeping them at the perfect temperature to prevent them from rotting, soiling or overall just decomposing.
THE BOX itself has a large near enough un-breakable door, similar to the material to the rest of it's surface to prevent any accidental breakage. It comes with a hatch also, in order to transport goods both in and out of the container without breaching it's seal all too often.
THE BOX is also classed as a feeding ground. A place to either repent for your sins or quite literally pay for them. The 10 Commandments may not be followed by all however this is a secure & near enough perfect place to enforce them.
THE EYE itself was caused by an accident in late 2018. A small fight escalated onto then him falling & suffering irreparable damage to his eye. Resulting in it then having to be removed, it was concealed with a eye-patch for a short while, however then it was replaced with the glass one present there.
THE EYE was adjusted to work as a 'kinder egg' almost, with a small & fragile makeshift hinge allowing for it to be opened & closed at his own free will. Storing things within the eye is fairly common. This is the home of "XENO" his beloved black widow.
THE EYE contains a female Black Widow spider by the name of XENO. Found somewhat miraculously in the Karakura Tombs a fairly long time ago it has now formed a relationship with it's owner. Or that's what he hopes it has done at least..
It rests, wanders around, lives within his eye, being visible from afar if enough attention is paid. It's often let out to wander however, either over surfaces or simply over his ever so delicate skin.
THE LIBRARY is located similarly to the box, underground. It consists of tales from the early 2000's dating all the way back to the 1800's (including a few historic novels). It's a fairly calm & quite atmosphere when within it, a place of mystery, truly - A sanctuary for stories that may never even be told.
THE LIBRARY is off-limits to any stranger or guest within it. The only authorisation required to enter is the company of Harvey himself.
THE LIBRARY is covered in a blanket of darkness for the most part, the shadows allow for things or most importantly insects to move from one place to another completely undetected.
This is not a place to be alone, more importantly if you don't have an idea of what you're getting yourself into initially. -----------------------------------------
