What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
IC(written from my characters POV): my motivation for becoming a teacher is that I hope that everyone in Karakura will get the opportunity to learn. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher every since I was young I was always interested in learning and always wanted to learn more.
OOC: my motivation for becoming a teacher is that I hope that everyone will get to go to a class, when I am online sometimes during the Karakura school hours not many teachers are online so there are barely any classes and when there are they fill up really quickly. Especially in the first few weeks I was online I never really got the chance to go to a class.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?: logging the classes is writing down what goes on and how many classes there are. Logging classes are important because then you can get your pay salary and get the correct amount. They are also important because if you log your classes then you can rank up from Newly Qualified Teacher to a Qualified Teacher.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: you have to ask the head of department to start a school feild trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: don't physically or mentally attack students. No employee or teacher should discriminate a student based on their age, weight, ethnic group, economic status, ethnic origin, health status, disability, background gender or sex. No employee or teacher shall do anything that suggests or creates the impression that a pupil/student is better than another student.: No employee or teacher must show any over-the top affection to a student, whether that be in a sexual or friendly manner.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I role play quite a bit on this server, and sometimes do some role play on a private server I have with my friends but other than that I don’t roleplay anywhere else.

Meaning: Head of Department
Description: They are the head of whatever subject they specialise in and have been playing for a while. This is the person to ask to go on a feild trip.

Meaning: Qualified teacher
Description: They have been qualified for a while and have done quite a lot of classes.

Meaning: Newly Qualified
Description: Just qualified to be a teacher recently, and maybe haven’t done many classes.
Teacher Knowledge

OOC: teachers pave students a way to their future, they teach them how to behave and what they can become if they do the correct things. They also get payed quite a lot, Their salary is 450k If they do 15 lessons per month and a bonus of 150k for 10 extra lessons. In game teachers help the rp students have stuff to do.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: So everyone gets the right to an education and everyone gets to learn new things and get a good job.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: the teachers plan lessons before the class on a document and then copy and paste what they need to say, it’s like real life.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: ask them politely to stop, warn them about detention, if they don’t stop send them to dentention and report them to higher authority in case it happens again or if something like that has happened. If they do stop when you ask give them a warning because stuff like that shouldn’t be happening in hallways and they should be role models to younger students, also report it to someone of higher authority because if it also happens again maybe something more severe then a warning needs to happen.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would ask the students not listening to listen and if they still don’t listen then I would try and carry on the lesson as it is unfair to the other students that are listening. If they wouldn’t listen after quite a while I would kick them from the class, continue my lesson then after I would give them detention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She would act kind to the other teachers chatting if they or my character doesn’t have any work. My character would probably drink a tea or coffee and offer the other teachers in there one. If no one else was there she’d probably mark some work, read a book or if she didn’t have anything else to do play on her phone.

Backstory
Aurelia was born in 1997 she was an Irish twin born 3 months apart from her twin Hazel. Her father died 1 year after she was born in a car crash. Her mother could not afford to raise 2 children by herself, so she sent Aurelia’s twin Hazel to live with her aunt Zara. Aurelia had a good upbringing with her mother. When Aurelia was 10 her grandfather sadly passed away and Aurelia and her mother inherited his company while Hazel inherited his money. The company became very successful, and Aurelia was sent to a private school at age 11. Her sister Hazel enrolled at age 13 and they started living together at age 16. She developed her passion for teaching at age 17 when she had an amazing biology lesson that inspired her to teach others the wonders of biology. She enrolled in college studying for a doctorate in marine biology and then a minor in maths. She got a part time job at a café while studying. She also started helping her friends study for tests and then started tutoring others that she didn’t know for cash which helped her afford her apartment. After graduation she joined a marine investigation company at 24 years of age where she started going on marine expeditions and discovering new species of marine mammals and crustaceans. Then at age 26 she started giving tours at an aquarium and helping feed the sea creatures. She then found herself wanting to teach professionally but found herself tasked with the job of nursing her sick mother which she happily did after all the love her mother gave her. Then after 6 months her mother died, and Aurelia was devastated. She became a social outcast for 2 months. Her sister Hazel helped her through the tough time until she was calmed. After becoming more involved in life before deciding to become a teacher.
