I don't have the best history, nor do I have the worst. I've only been warned for general rule-breaking, like metagaming, and failure to SeriousRP. However, I have warned from these warnings, and I will do everything in my power to prevent these mistakes from happening again.
Kicks
I have only been kicked for relogging and role fixes/changes.
Bans
I was banned for major AvoidRP. I logged off after I tried to kill an officer, who I am keeping anonymous, and I willingly took the ban, and overall refused to log on. This ban lasted three weeks. You can see the appeal, here.
Shop Wanted: I wish to be the owner of the previously retired Heartbucks Bookstore in the Shopping District. In this store, I plan to transform it into a store that you can buy technology from. Such as vapes, juuls, laptops, phones, etc.
Why do you want to own a shop?: I want to own a shop because I feel like I can bring more of a variety to the stores in the Shopping District. I know for a fact that a lot of stores price technology at a price where new players and some other players cannot afford them, whereas Concord Electronics & Co comes in. Affordable technology. I also want to own a shop because of the ultimate inactivity of stores I am seeing. However, I am a very active player on SchoolRP, and I do not believe any mass inactivity of the store will happen. Another reason is because I want to add more diversity to the shopping district, whereas there are really only general stores and restaurants.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: My plans are to make a store that has a selection of electronics that players can purchase that are significantly cheaper than other stores, such as Sakura Daiso and Happy Goods. For example, instead of pricing the laptop at 100k, I will most likely price it at around the 75k mark. Still cheaper, and better than some normal stores. I also plan to host sales on certain, OOC days. (e.g. Black Friday).
How will your shop be unique?: My shop is unique from other shops by possessing a modern theme. And because of the kind of items my shop sells is different than other stores. It will also be unique by having a rather strict security system, because in-characterly, items are on display. The real ones. No, players may not steal them, but if they so happen to damage an object on display, they will need to cough up the money or we send CCTV evidence of them damaging said product, as well as teens who overall have a general rude and stuck-up demeanor will be kicked out for the current store opening. Items are also on display so that one's character can interact with the products before going to buy one, similar to a real Apple store in real life, where they have all of the iPads and whatnot available for you to test out before you buy it.
How many employees are you planning to have?: Since it's a technology store, I plan to have several employees and/or security available. For interviews, I will hope to host IC interviews twice every month, if we are in need of employees. They will need to answer a series of questions with detail and common sense, as well as proper grammar. If their responses are found to be adequate, they will be hired.

Short Description: The Owner of Concord Electronics & Co will be in charge of everything. Hiring, firing, store products, store design, and so on. The owner must have some common sense and maturity, e.g. you can't fire someone because they ate your sandwich in the Shinto Area.
Application Status: You must apply to become the owner of the store.
Co-Owner
Wanted Amount: 1
Short Description: The Co-Owner of Concord Electronics & Co will be second in command, and will immediately take up the role of Owner in the event he/she is unavailable. The Co-Owner needs to have some common sense and maturity.
Application Status: Employees must apply, including managers, to become the Co-Owner of the store. This depends on your store behavior, outlook on fellow employees, etc. Applications are to be reviewed by the owner.
Manager
Wanted Amount: 2
Short Description: Managers are third in command. One manager oversees cashiers & consumer assistants, whilst the other oversees security. Managers are expected to be mature and have common sense, along with the other, commanding roles of the store.
Application Status: Employees must be promoted to manager, once the owner and co-owner have agreed said employee is ready for the role of manager.
Cashier

Short Description: Cashiers are to serve consumers with the products they have requested to purchase. Cashiers give the products to the consumer after they pay the amount of money due, and they will hand all of the purchase money to the owner, who should be present.

Salary Deductions
An employee's salary may be deducted if...
- The employee is late to work.
This changes depending on how late you are. Your pay is reduced by 50% if you missed half of the shift. 25% if you missed a quarter of the shift, etc.
- The employee treats consumers and/or other employees badly.
Treating consumers and/or other employees will ward off consumers because of the negative atmosphere the employee is generating. This will immediately reduce their salary to 25% of what it used to be. We want customers to come in, not to get out.
- Any other reasons that are reasonable will get an employee's salary deducted.
