Describe your activity on the server:
I think I can describe my activity within the server itself as medium; I do participate in a lot of school activities, and on top of that, attend college with a preceding job. I do attempt to be on as much as I can, fighting between work and college work. As stated below, I am CST, but I do partake in a lot more of the European times, stating that I am on later in the night than the daytime.
Forum activity is considered mid, as I have barely been on forums!
I do pledge that if I get accepted into the faction, my activity will increase, and I’ll put a lot of effort into being a part of the faction! This is a vow.
In an overview, I will say I spend around four to five hours a day on my laptop! So hopping on SRP and maintaining a role would be no issue for me!
What is your timezone?:
I am currently in CST.
List your current and past applications:
I have no current applications when putting this application, I do want to start writing more for language apps! Hopefully I will have them out whilst this application is present!
List your current roles on the server:
As of currently, I do not have any roles except my Highschool tag.
What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
We can start way back towards when I started to roleplay. I first started to gain roleplay experience when I was around fifteen; I mainly roleplayed on Roblox and Gacha, doing not only self but public roleplay. Then, moving forward, I leaned more into Minecraft roleplays. I will supply each roleplay experience below!
Roblox Roleplay:
Royale High:
I think it is very common for people to learn how to roleplay from Royale High; it gives not only the ability to have creative freedom but also the chance of meeting new people. I first started to learn roleplay by watching and admiring how people formatted their speaking and acting, soon inspiring me enough to engage in it, creating interesting experiences whilst also focusing on grinding.
Minecraft Roleplays:
I started to roleplay in survival worlds with my friends around sixteen, enjoying the concept of building a map and organizing a way to roleplay. I remember building a small town with a bakery and homes and experimenting! I even went and did school roleplay with pre-made maps that were made from Minecraft, joining several roleplaying groups. I soon got introduced to SchoolRP by one of my friends. I wasn’t so ideal with the fact since it was a bunch of people, but sooner or later I began to proceed with joining and roleplaying! Meeting a few people.
I soon got more interested in the EMS faction; I even asked a few questions relating to it so I understood what I was getting into. I did end up also meeting a few people from EMS who inspired me more! I will give a shout-out to Qtvalx! She was there when I first started SRP and inspired me to partake in it even more!
RomanceRP:
While being on the server, I have experienced several forms of roleplay, romance being one of them. I know it's rather odd to add this, but being a part of any roleplay is good; being able to show compassion through selective words really does help in a way! It also lets me separate myself from the other roleplays, allowing a wide variety of experience.
GangRP:
I have slightly gotten into combat/gangrp! I haven’t taken a huge step towards it, but I do understand the rules upon it, and it does help me understand how wounds are conflicted within SRP and how recovery can go.
In stark contrast, I have experienced very different roleplay atmospheres! And these were just some of the main concepts on how I slowly got into school RP.
What is your motivation for applying?
Like I previously said before, I have looked at other factions and have found no exact interest in them, upon stumbling with hospital roleplay, I have always been conflicted if I should join or not despite me being very new to SRP. Soon enough many of the people I met told me I should just try it! And despite the fact that one of my EMS friends who has inspired me I ended up just going for it!
My next motivation for applying is that I want to become a part of the schoolRP community, I want to join a faction that people enjoy and interact with a lot! I love medicine and have taken many medical classes beforehand. I am in college for medicine as of recently.
Other than that, the motivation I have for the faction is based on wanting to be included in a different environment, I have always heard good things about KPD and EMS.
Therefore this is why I am very motivated to join EMS, and I will change my schedule and everything to simply adjust to EMS. I have found enjoyment in the server and want to find much more enjoyment by joining something I personally enjoy studying..
Which role are you applying for?
The role I am applying for is Doctor, but if you see fit that I would be better in Psychiatrist, I do not mind doing either.
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Everything below is from the HOSPITAL roster, I will explain what each role does in the faction, from my knowledge.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Everything below is from the HOSPITAL roster, I will explain what each role does in the faction, from my knowledge.
Higher Ups within the faction:
Hospital Director | A hospital director manages every day operations, and services, they also manage all employees paychecks, adding up the hours and handing out deserved money towards the employees. Within SRP, the hospital director is the main decision maker for accepting and or denying certain people to be permitted within the Karakura faction. Keeping the hospital up to safety standards and ensuring no one is getting hurt. |
Hospital Deputy Director. | A hospital DEPUTY director is almost the same as they do common responsibilities, but are there in case of Directors absence. |
Clinical Leads: | Each department has a clinical lead or a chief of operations, they are to oversee their employees in that section, they are in charge of coordinating training, ensuring that the trainees are being held up to a standard along with everyone else! They are the higher ups for departments, so the deputy director and the director do not have to oversee and or manage any more than they already have to. |
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
Paramedic | A paramedic is the second highest! They are roles that are gained after a long time within the faction or showing consistent activity, this role is allowed to leave the hospital for any medical emergency! They also get very fancy clothes and items that many others don’t get! |
Paramedic Trainee | This is what you are considered before gaining the full title of Paramedic, you will undergo training from other paramedics or HU’s. Stay consistent with going to training and you will graduate from trainee, though HU and others have full right to revoke the decision to make you a paramedic and put you back to the desired rank from before. |
DOCTOR DEPARTMENT
| Attending Doctor | From my knowledge, an Attending doctor is someone who is fully trained and is considerably "Licensed" meaning none the less, they do not have to go anymore training unless they become a part of the Paramedic department or change roles. They have free will to do as they wish as long as it still follows the hospital standards! |
| Doctor Resident | I will be super blunt about this one! I have rarely any knowledge, All i know is that they are considered still in training whilst still undergoing hands on procedures? This is the role you get once you have finished training! |
| Doctor Trainee | This role indicates that you have been accepted into the faction! You will undergo I think around two to a month worth of training, then take a quiz? Training will be verbally and also physically in game! |
PSYCHIATRIST DEPARTMENT:
| Attending Psychiatrist | This consists of the same as Attending doctor, but they are now able to go on about and schedule their own stuff without having to be supervised. They are on their own. You earned his role by showing great improvement and showing that you no longer need assistance. |
| Psychiatrist Resident | Same as Resident doctor, but more one on one lessons, allowing them to actually partake in therapy sessions, You gain this role after passing the trainee stage. |
| Psychiatrist Trainee | Can be seen as the same as Doctor Trainee, just different training! And at different times they can graduate |
This is the knowledge I have of the faction, I apologize if the knowledge doesn’t set towards the standard! I am very willing to learn and acquire more knowledge!
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I do understand that if I do not show up to training while I am actively online it can result in OOC or IC punishment, and I ensure that I will inform my higherup who is in training if I need to finish a situation before attending.

SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS
Character’s Full Name:
Narrowing his eyes, he stepped forward right hand shooting forward as his head bowed. Once retreating, he walked over to a chair and sat himself down, left leg going over the right hand folded neatly along his pants, he was dressed in a white button up and black dress pants black.. Fidgeting with his ring a bit, something distinctive was seen in his expression. HIs voice had hints of stoic but husky vibrancy..
“Mn, pleasure to meet you, I’m Nao Nagi. You can just call me Nao sir.’
A soft smile flashed amongst his lips as he tilted his head, fixing his posture, gaze fixated on the high ranking individual before him..
Character’s Gender and Pronouns:
Stiffled a laugh, but he knew completely why they must ask this question. Shifting his body to one side of the chair, leaning a bit. A sly smirk arose from his lips… his right palm rested among his left wrist as he tapped his finger along the skin feeling the contrast of roughness..
“Eh, odd question despite the obvious I must say, but if we must know I am a male, and I go by anything. . .”
Lulled his head backwards, before his eyes retracted back.
Character’s Age (if accepted):
Head lulling to the side, eyes softening he soon became coax’d under the other individuals presence seemingly more relaxed..
“I’m upcoming the age of fourty-two, I was born in August 12th 1984”
Becoming sour with his own words, he knew he was getting old and reminding himself of it was not a pleasant feeling he wished to hold.
Character’s Academic Background:
Eyes shine, looking towards the director scoffing, he felt like he was bragging, but in most interviews you must show your best..

He had a sly look on his face. Humming..’
Character’s Nationality:
Letting out a hum, his lips curling into a straight line,
‘Japanese at its best . .’
Character’s Marital Status:

Glanced at the walls..
“I can considerably say I am married to my work.
Character’s Religious Denomination:
Lip curled slightly, he disliked answering this question..

Character Backstory (Optional):
Chapter One,
1984, Tokyo Japan. Town Shinjuku.
In a big town in Tokyo, there lived a young loving couple, they seem to be around their twenties, a woman named Tsumugi, and a male named Hideki. They both possessed the last name Nagi. Tsumugi was pregnant with a boy, she was always cheerful despite the fact that both her and her fiance were still in college. How would they raise a child? That was the question that runs through their minds everyday no matter what.
Though on August 8th 1984 was the same day their world would change, rushing to the hospital there were hints of tension that was in the air. Tsumugi was crying and gasping, it was time, a baby must be born now or never.
Hideki ran off to grab items before grabbing his keys and assisting his wife into the car, before booking it to the closest hospital. Nearly ten miles down the road, feeling a surge of energy and rush, he was trembling himself hearing his wife cry out. Hand clenched on her round belly.
Around 4:15pm in the afternoon a male was born, he was very healthy. Looking at the eyes of their baby, they were in utter awe.. Thinking for a while, they decided to name their baby boy Nao.. Nao Nagi.
Seeing that there were no problems, the Nagi family went home..
Chapter Two:
February 20th 1990, Tokyo.
Nao is now around six years old, and already showing very good signs of improvement on his brain, he was almost like a human prodigy, the boy was able to walk at the bright age of one, soon knowing how to speak and figure things out that many other children would not be able to figure out. Once Tsumugi found this out, she knew her son was smarter than average.. Despite it though, by now both Hideki and Tsumugi have graduated college, both finding jobs in a nearby hospital..
Though, due to the major fact that Hideki had a job opportunity in the United states, that can pay very well.. It was a hard decision to leave their home town, but they did. So in the middle of the year, they moved to New York City, located in the United States. Allowing them to learn their native language and also following how Americans do things…
Chapter Three:
December 9th 1999. United States New York City.
Whilst Nao adjusted very well, he ended up becoming top of his class, soon enough graduating school very early in his sophomore year, though during his down time, his parents took him to the hospital. He experienced a field of work he actually enjoyed watching and learning. Becoming a new fascination. Nao soon began to do some self-study with what his mother and his father do for work, one being a neurologist, and the other being a part of the Emergency Medicine.
Sooner or later, in October he applied to many colleges, with many being mildly impressed due to the young age Nao was trying to proceed to college in. But the grades and scores were something that piqued all their interest. At only fifteen, he ended up getting into A&M Texas College. He had an ideal goal of doing both of what his parents are doing, on top of that to become a medical emergency paramedic..
Chapter Four:
March 12th 2005.
Nao was finished with all his college work, due to the fact that he was very smart he was about to get by it with a breeze.. Following every course as he can, but he does wish to move forward back to Japan, as he didn’t really like America much, as he brought the idea up with his family they refused. Begging him to stay only for a few more years in America, only due to the fact that America had a high economy, and they wanted him to succeed.
Nao couldn’t deny his parents, he nodded before letting out a soft sigh, proceeding with it, he took the time and applied at hospitals. Once he was able to work he worked for a really long time..
Chapter Five, April 2026.
Returning back from America with his family, Nao worked in various fields during his job, soon becoming a part of one of many higher departments, his parents are very proud of him. Despite his mother, she had passed away in 2010 due to a tumor. Disregarding the passing he felt very proud and knew his mother would be proud, he worked in a small hospital North of Karakura before going forth and coming to Karakura.
Hideki stayed in the small town as he is now retiring. Nao wishes to live his dream on, therefore he decides to take a step into Karakura hospital, grabbing an application and going home. He sat there for several days filling out the application, before turning it in.. Now he waits for a return.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
OOC:
I chose to pick Neurology / Neurological Surgery because it revolves around the nerve system, while most wounds interact with the nerves.. If someone was to get a limb removed the nerves would be involved! Therefore I think it is rather unique to have a character understand it!
I would also like to add the fact of Emergency Medicine! I think it would be nice for him to be able to know two things, many people go out of their time in real life to experience different medical fields revolving around different studies! Having Nao Nagi be one of them is what I sought after.
He fell deeply right after his parents who were previously in medicine, his mother a Neurologist, and his father who focused more on the medical emergency.
IC:
Perking up a bit, his attention was now drawn, he loved speaking about the medical field.. And what he learned.. HE snickered and leaned forward, his brown hair falling along his face, hiding his left eye at most.
“ I studied in school for Neurological, specifically Neurological surgery,’
Shifted his weight back in his chair, eyes softened as he thought about why he chose it.. His darting back toward the director.
“Well, I chose this because my mother and father were a part of the medical field, I actually chose it mainly due to my mother, she was a neurologist surgeon, she sadly passed from. . . unforeseen circumstances when I was around twenty,, Bless her heart she was a golden one..”
Lip curled into a frown. ..
“I also do know most stuff about casual neurology, so I can perform surgery and on top of it treat and or diagnose people.”
Tapping his fingers along the arm of the chair..
“I also did Emergency Medicine, I was studying both during the same term and this one was for my father, he prioritized his life with his work, so some can say I am a combination of both into one person..
“I really do look up to my parents, despite differences the work they have done has inspired me to take this path.”
With a final hum he looked back towards the director, soon expecting the next question that was going to be asked.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
OOC:
I am perceiving this character to have medical experience / positions in the United States. He was an intern at his father's hospital before working full time there after a while. He was a part of the secretary section and then the doctor to surgeon. Though while he went to Korea, he ended up becoming a part of the emergency department, a paramedic, experiencing the hardship of constant pressure and visual focus on the job.
Down below will be an IC representation of how my character would respond to the question.
IC:
Raised his attention a bit, fidgeting with his button on the sleeve. Letting out a hushed hum.
“I have had several medical positions beforehand. I started as an intern, which some consider not so medical, but I do. Then I slowly advanced my way up the ladder to experience being a normal doctor and then being a surgeon. This was all in the United States.
He tapped his slender fingers along the table. Shifting his weight backwards, he propped his leg up; the dress pants he wore shifted along his ankle, his eyes narrowing just to the slightest
"Ha. In my hometown I was also a part of the paramedic field; I enjoyed that quite a bit, but they wanted me to be a surgeon due to the experience and knowledge I had.”
He snickered a bit before retracting his eye contact with the director; he loved answering these questions. Answering them with awe, he glanced towards the director. The individual's body language gave off a bit of hesitance, losing the spark he once had before entering the interview.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Nao Nagi would stand at a height of 5'6", average height for many males; he had a broad body structure that complemented the pale complexion of his skin. He would have light brunette hair with black earrings. His smoky blue eyes would stare at you with a firm look. His bangs fell over his face, creating a shadow.
The male's outfit consists of casual clothing, meaning more so. A magenta-colored jacket and a white T-shirt underneath, along with jet-black jeans; the other clothing he can be casually seen in is a button-up white shirt, long sleeves, black dress pants, and a harness that lies along his chest.
The individual accessories consist of:
The male's hands would always be covered with gloves. Depending on the outfit, he would change the color. Wearing black sunglasses that lay along his head, giving him that sly look.
His voice would consist of a mix of firmness and tranquility; it was a hint of American but also a hint of Japanese, mixing the accents and language slightly.
He can be perceived as others simply from his looks; he looks mean but is a sweetheart at heart. Those who are close to him have the ability to experience the soft side of him. Though due to him growing up in a rough but strict environment, he is always on guard.
Patients he will act neutral to; he does not wish to make those uncomfortable but also wishes to withstand that professional standard.
IC:
“Mh? Well, I look like I am, brunette hair…”
He tilted his head, though; he was oddly confused as to why he was being asked what he looked like. He was sitting right in front of them, no?
“Ah, well, personally I have been told by my past colleagues that I was rather scary upon being first seen around the hospital, but they found me rather lovely over time. I think it's hard to deprecate how someone is based on looks."
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
From Nao’s experience, he finds it rather more comfortable to work with people; he likes the idea of collaborating and being able to ask for help, but also the one to help those. Though, despite this he does not mind working by himself, he enjoys either or, as long as he can get his work done.
Nao Nagi can possess many skills upon working with others, he does not argue and tries to represent himself as a peace maker, he tries to understand from every side. Even if someone seems to be wrong in what they must be saying he doesn’t mind listening but pushing them with a little bit of advice on how to correct them in the right direction..
IC:
Eyes softened he was almost done, he knew it! His leg began to bounce slightly.
“Oh? Well, personally I do like working with people, but I also don’t mind working alone, I enjoy both because they both can benefit. Working alone can help me focus on logging and finishing off what I need to finish without distraction, as for people I enjoy the company, getting to know my colleagues and on top of that being able to collaborate ideas on how to become more efficient.”
With that, Nagi stood up. His gloved hand shot forward before shaking the directors. He smirked before offering a soft bow
“Thank you for this interview, have a splendid day.”
With that the interview is over!
Key Notes:
1.} I do not speak in VC; I find it very uncomfortable, but I do not mind joining and listening!
2.} If I get accepted, I promise to treat this faction and the people within the faction with respect and promise to keep the faction's reputation up! (Meaning I will not intentionally go and cause unneeded drama!)
3.} I promise to be dedicated to my role and attend everything that I can!
Thank you for letting me apply! I want to say thanks to those who have helped me out for my first couple months within SRP, and on top of that, to those who read my application and are also applying, I wish you the best of luck!
Sorry for the faction leads or those who check the application; it may be long!
I wrote this during Mid-Terms for college! So if it is also sloppy, please have mercy!
THIS APPLICATION BELONGS TO BONNL3_ POSTING IT FOR HER SINCE LIKE… FORUMS HATE HER FR
