In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A Private Tutor's duty is to guide students. Private Tutors have the responsibility to help students if they have difficulties in a certain subject or if they require any assistance in their school work. This can be done by meeting with students after school or any other preferred time to help them with what they need.
As a Private Tutor, I am expected to be well-rounded and helpful to any students, this includes students from elementary school up to college students that require attention academically.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I don't have experience in this type of roleplay, but I am definitely open to the idea, I'm looking for a new experience.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I began roleplaying in SchoolRP more than a year ago, and I think I have just enough experience to be able to take up this role.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
As a Private Tutor, my main goal would be to be a helpful guide for the students of YHS, I can do this by assisting students on their school work/homework and make sure they have the right amount of guidance to further develop their skills academically.
Other than that, I would also have to take the initiative to understand what a student may be struggling in so that I would be able to assist them with what they need. Private Tutors have the responsibility to shape a student's path to their success at school, possibly even a future.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
If a student makes any rude remarks, I would start off by simply giving them a warning, telling them that what they are doing is wrong, and stop them from going any further. If he/she refuses to listen and continues making more comments, I would have to inform a school staff, preferably a teacher, this would ensure that the situation will not go any further and will be handled by the appropriate staff in charge.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would start off by deciding whether it is a good idea to proceed with the job or not. If so, I'd stay cautious about the dangers of it, and I'd perform the job, making absolutely sure of being safe, reminding myself that I am responsible for any problems that I may cause. Though it is likely that I would take the job as it could potentially risk my life, or worse, harm any students, etc. Either way, I would make sure I make the right decision before doing anything I'm asked to do.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would inform the school employee that what they are doing is not right, in case they were unaware of it. Otherwise, I'd remind him/her of the consequences of doing such dangerous acts, including the potential harm it could to them and the people around, I'd try my best to convince them that what they are doing is not right. If she/he doesn't cooperate, I would have to take the situation to someone with higher authority, possibly the Principal or Vice-Principal, so that they'd be able to explain to the school employee of their dangerous decisions.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
Growing up in the town of Karakura, I spent a handful of my time in Taketatsu Highschool. I've always had the eagerness to help my friends that needed a little push in their studies. Spending time with them after school and assisting them with their school work helped me develop an interest in tutoring. I've always enjoyed being part of this community, and to be able to help the students towards getting a better grade has always pleased me. As a student myself, I am academically successful, which assures my guidance would come in handy. I want to be able to show students that school work can be less stressful than it seems, and I'm definitely open to guiding as many students as I can. Joining YHS would be a great platform for me to be able to continue on my passion for tutoring.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
To be able to help and be the cause of a student's academic success would be very meaningful to me. I don't know much about other applicants, but I can assure that I have the experience, patience, knowledge, and desire to help many students. I am willing to put my time and effort into guiding these students. Becoming a Private Tutor would be a good way to put my skill in tutoring to good use.
