Bring back /book command

WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Add the /book command back
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?: Idk if this should be a bug report or if the change was intentional but you can no longer do /book to unsign a book. I always signed my books with the intention of editing them later just so I don't mix them up with empty books, and now my character's sketchbook is uneditable :( Also being able to unsign books helps in class if a student forgot to add their name etc.

so yeah if there's no issue with adding it back pls give

Please- I'm not sure why it was taken out but the amount of times I've accidentally signed something but needed to change something or add more to what was inside the book is not pretty.
