BRING BACK WELCOME MESSAGES

WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: I'd like to suggest brining back the welcome messages when someone joins the server.
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?: This'll hopefully improve player retention, with those joining the server being welcomed in OOC, as well as when new players join they'll feel recognized with their name being announced in chat!!

However, give it a toggle command for those who wish to not be spammed with the welcome messages. I know when the server gets raided sometimes the welcome messages would spam the chats. I believe if we add this back a toggle feature like we have for OOC would be nice for this feature.

There was always something humble about the welcomings. I miss seeing them. Having them back would be nice, however have a toggle for those who don’t want to see the welcoming‘s.
