Huge +1. If I was new to a server and saw people welcoming me id feel a lot more welcomed and want to stay. I did not even realize this was removed but I used to love welcoming people!

- This was unintentionally removed due to a Git merge conflict, I will see to it that this is added back when we next update the related plugin which will be quite soon!​
