I roleplay a lot with my little group of friends. I also spend some time on Ikigai and try to meet new players for JUICY character development.

I was banned for advertising in like 2016 on my cakoospoon account. More recently, I was banned for staff disrespect in 2021. I’ve since grown from those mistakes.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A tutor will be there for students when they feel like they’re having trouble with the current subjects in class. Even if they aren’t failing per se, they’re still open to review topics that have been seen in class in case the student wants a reminder on previous subjects. Think of tutors as the ‘/help’ command in school. They don’t only limit themselves for classwork, but they’re also open for homework and projects that students may be struggling on.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I like to believe that I have a pretty diverse experience when it comes to roleplay. I’ve dabbled in many sectors of SchoolRP’s community. I’ve hung out with jocks, the shrine, GangRPers… You know, the whole shebang!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
“I know how a younger me would react! ‘Course, I ain’t like that no more though, FUHAH!”
Ryusei would probably chastise the student. Give them some sort of life lesson. You know, the type of lesson that leaves you absolutely SPEECHLESS!!!
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
“Oh yeah, that does bring me back. . . These hands have been in more fights than I can count! Tha’s. . Not necessarily very high. But, y’know! Is’ the thought that counts!”
My character would definitely get in the middle of the two students, his main goal in mind being to separate the two as fast as possible. Of course, he’d need help and would definitely call for backup beforehand.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
“I’d understand if they were in college, but c’mon! Takin’ care ‘a kids n’ you act like a goon? Ain’t happenin’ on my watch! FUHAH!!!”
My character is definitely an instigator, for better or worse. He’d definitely bring the school employee somewhere private as to not bring any unnecessary attention and confront them about their behaviour.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
“If no cameras’re watchin’, I’ll do whatever the hell I want.”
Ryusei would definitely simmer down. His loud ‘in-your-face’ personality would almost completely disappear. He’d act like a completely different person given that he's almost constantly tired.

/me idly chewed on his pencil as he corrected his student’s work. His brows were furrowed, the silence of the breakroom fueled Ryusei’s focus. Upon finishing, he noticed the improvement on their work. He couldn’t help but smile.
/me put his cheap earphones on as he sat on the break room desk, watching old footage of his band. Nodding his head to the beat of the song in the video, a small spark flashed in his eyes as he recalled the best moments of his life.
/me stood from his desk as the student arrived to the room. A proud smile adorned his face as he approached them. He slightly bowed his head as he announced “Hey. It’s nice to meet ‘cha.” His smile softened, as he continued to introduce himself. “My name is Ryusei Koji, I’ll be your tutor for today. What can I help ya’ with?”

Backstory
Ryusei arrived at Karakura as a brash, rebellious high schooler after fleeing from his parents’ house out of his own irresponsibility. He had some difficulty making friends no thanks to his obnoxious personality. Of course, nothing was impossible for this young man! After some time, he had found himself a small group of friends to cause trouble with.
Ryusei quickly made himself known around town as a trouble-maker and even found himself getting in trouble with the police every so often. Ryusei grew older, but his bold flame of a personality did not die down. In fact, it was his arrogance and showmanship that got him in the Spartan’s cheer team for a good while.
With time, Ryusei noticed that Karakura was taking a toll on him. The constant scuffles he got himself into, the murders and the various times he’d brushed shoulders with death had left him constantly under stress. His only solution was to leave. He rounded up his closest friends to form a band, and they all collectively began their journey to greatness!
After graduating, Ryusei embarked on the greatest years of his life. He and his friends never stayed in a single place longer than a few weeks. They went from playing in small bars to hosting concerts for their band. They were fully independent, and life was GREAT!
However, none of them were smart with money.
No matter how much money they made, the band eventually ran out and their fun came to an end. Now that everything was over, Ryusei noticed how drained he was. It was difficult for him to even get out of bed in the morning.
This wouldn’t stop him, however. He knew what made him happy. He used the rest of his savings to rent a small apartment near Karakura, knowing how cheap it was compared to other towns in Japan. Being back in Karakura filled Ryusei with a mix of dread and nostalgia. Noticing an open position for a private tutor job, Ryusei quickly applied for it and crossed his fingers!
Motivation for Joining KHS:
“I wan’na give the students havin’ trouble in class a chance at gettin’ back on their feet! I should know, I was in their place not so long ago, ya’ know?”

“I got drive. Somethin’ not many people have. Even when I feel like it’s impossible, I try to go above n’ beyond. That applies to these kids as well. I know what this town’s like, I know what being a student in Karakura High is like. I know that if I can just reach in and inspire these kids, they’ll go anywhere they want in life.”
