Cannot find ban id.

So, I got banned like 2 years ago and I want to appeal, but when i try finding my ban id i cant, im aware its supposed to appear when i attempt to log on but it doesnt, it just sends me to a prison cell with a sign that says follow the rules and 3 chat messages saying "You do the crime you do the time" with no ban id. Due to this i am unable to appeal, anyone know the reason for this?

make a ticket or go to the discord help channel requesting to be let out of the black box, you are not banned. just request to be let out.
