Can't grade up

WHAT YOU NEED (ROLE/RANK): Grade-11 or Grade-9 if going to 11 is to much, I've been playing a good bit for the past few days and I keep doing /grade when the time runs up, but I've still been stuck in Grade-8 for hours. Its reset the timer to grade up like 3 or 4 times and I've still been stuck in Grade-8.
