This suggestion mostly touches the aspect of vehicle and car upgrades themselves. And I have three suggestions for this.

Upgrading and downgrading cars
Realistically, car modifications can be reverted back to their original state. For example, engines can be swapped out with a better or worse one.
My suggestion regarding this would be to allow players to equip the engine of their liking after purchase. (Ex: Stock -> Fast, Fast -> Stock )
It has come to my attention that this feature was never made. When downgrading the upgrade down to a stocked engine, you have to repurchase the fast engine. Even with prior purchases of ¥500,000 for it when first upgrading the vehicle.
This current feature is fairly stupid, since as stated, replacing/swapping engines out is possible and seeing the current plugin range, it seems possible to implemant for the player base.
Portable engines?
This is more of a far fetch side of the suggestions. As the name states, portable engines. Since the model engine is already an item, I thought maybe having the actual engine purchaseable to be an interestating feature. This would allow the vehicles engine to be changed out by yourself.
Though this is a less important feature for this suggestion. It would still be interesting, mostly for the section bellow...
Criminal side for this suggestion
Another side of this suggestion would be leaning more towards the KA autos, the mechanics. Currently they have nothing going on but detailRP and so on. A fun feature for them would be the possibility to modify the car, when ever it is announced, almost like BMD opening, for a cheaper? pricing like an illegal business. Whether that is for the brake modification, the engine or the fuel tank size.
License plate covers?
Another feature for mechanics would be the opportunity for KA Auto's to sell license plate covers. Allowing illegal street races to be harder for KPD to determine who was a driver when being masked.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
The benefits to the community will be more opportunities to what you purchase, instead of being limited.The current state of the cars function is on its own unrealistic, having to repurchase upgrades after a downgrade and so on.
This will allow players to change the modification when they want, whether its for a stocked race, they can downgrade, if its for a non-stocked race, they can switch back to a fast engine free of cost.
This could also help with the current state of RaceRP. Seeing how this side of roleplay died down a while ago, maybe a car update will help revive parts of the community, seeing how you wouldn't need to re-purchase an already bought vehicle upgrade after participating in a stocked race. Allowing more flexibility for the different KA auto's events and their race opportunities.
-Though this suggestion isn't aimed for everyone in the community, it would be enjoyable features for those that are touched by the current car functions.
