I’m a relatively active player as I play around my free times, having more active days than others, and I generally have a light schedule that barely affects my activity in srp.
I have a playtime of 5 weeks and I'm online in range of time from the earliest of 13:50 (1:50pm) -16:50 (4:50pm) (depending on the day of the week) till the latest of 00:00-1:00 or till 2:00 in occasions of weekends or breaks.

IN AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE, DESCRIBE THE EMPLOYEE ROLE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR
Caretaker, caretakers are the main maintenance of an expected steady school, they maintain the school clean, they observe the environment of the school as such preventing big to greater conflicts as they have access to give out detention if necessary and provide the needed adult role for any basic ways of support/help, they’re simply the basic providers, doing the minimum of an adult/parental role for whose in any trouble or struggle.
WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE IN ROLEPLAY?
In summary, I once was a fellow player during the 2015/16’s though having little to no memory of it, then coming back 8 years later during summer 2024 and that was when I fully learnt the real environment of the game itself as I have developed more and more experiences as such to roleplaying as victim of a murderer to becoming a very well needed emotional support for friends and eventually, I came to a understanding that a decent roleplay has to be worked hard for. Therefore, applying as caretaker may enhance further social skills and problem-solving skills as time may go on.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN THE SCHOOL EMPLOYEE FACTION?
Playing as Grade-12 has been fun for a good portion of my gameplay, however, the cycle has begun going repetitive so applying to a faction not only would help me gain new experiences of the sort but potentially create new friends and catch up with my previous friends who are in faction of their own.

DURING A WORK-SHIFT, A STUDENT STARTS CURSING AT YOU FOR BEING PATHETIC. HOW DOES YOUR CHARACTER REACT?
Kazumi would handle such provocation calmly as she’d tell the student to settle down as much as possible before she could proceed with simple questions on why Kazumi was bothering the student, if unsuccessful, she’d have to overpower the student and make them acknowledge the consequences coming within their actions through 3 simple warnings before needing to give out detention or worse, report them to the principal’s office.
YOU NOTICE TWO STUDENTS ARE PHYSICALLY FIGHTING IN THE HALLWAY - MULTIPLE PUNCHES ARE THROWN. HOW DOES YOUR CHARACTER REACT?
Kazumi would take immediate action and follow the first instinct, which is to break up the fight and keep them separated and lead the injured student(s) to the nurse in case of bad injures as such bloody noses, bleeding wounds or swelling within their skin before further investigating both sides of the story, if one of them or both are guilty they’re sent to detention or with greater consequences as being sent to the principal’s office.
ANOTHER SCHOOL EMLPOYEE IS CLEARLY ACTING INAPPROPRIATELY, DOING SOMETHING DANGEROUS ON THE JOB. HOW DOES YOUR CHARACTER REACT?
Kazumi would immediately sort out the situation and speak to them in a more secluded/private place and try to investigate on their inappropriate actions but if it’s far too stressful or with damages beyond repair, they’d be immediately reported to higher ups to settle the situation.
WHEN IN THE EMPLOYEE BREAK-ROOM, HOW DOES YOUR CHARACTER ACT?
Kazumi is a very nervous but genuinely kind person to the heart, even motherly to those who seem close to her, she’d have a calming demeanor and bright presence as she enjoys a rather silent and peaceful social intervention within her colleagues.

/me stood around the reception as she spotted a fellow student approaching her, her first instinct was to keep up an appropriate posture and a professional demeanor before noticing their troubled look, her expression would immediately fall into concerned but a friendly look as she carefully reached her hand out to the troubled student before asking in her soft tone.
/me looked confused as she intently heard an echoed ruckus through the hallways, her body twisting around as trying to find where such screaming was coming from, before she spotted a whole crowd surrounding... A fight?! She immediately bolted past the overwhelming crowd, immediately breaking up the fight with a serious expression, looking both at the students.
/me relaxed in the break room, finally sitting down to her blissful and well needed break, sipping her 2nd coffee of the day as she brought out a little book as a time passing entertainment till suddenly she glanced from her book, one colleague entered the break room, she immediately tensed up to a proper posture, clapping her book shut, creating an accidental loud noise as she radiated a friendly image to them despite her nervousness occurring in her mind, waving kindly to the colleague.

“Kazumi Wayson, that’s my name, I was born in Russia on 24th August 1999 in a small city called Myshkin, I was raised as an outside kid, enjoying the snow and play outside around almost every day, overall an active kid, my family was about perfect in my little innocent perspective, I was social and energetic till my little sister, Jaye Wayson was born in 2006, my parents slowly but surely became unstable though not harmful to none of us two but I began having the role of a mini parent as my dad left the family eventually when I was 7 and my mother became unfit to care for the baby. And till then my personality deteriorated into an anxious mess as taking care of a newborn baby was already exhausting and overwhelming as it is but as we grew, we bonded despite the harsh chapter of the newborn trenches, I evolved eventually as a person, but the scars stuck to me, and in addition, I... At 17 years old and Jaye, at 12 years old, had to move to Karakura as my mother couldn’t be fit to raise us anymore and supposedly Karakura provided a much “safer” environment only for us to end up living homeless for about... three months or so till I had to save up the little money I was provided to buy a small dorm for us to live... And since then, I always worried about Jaye’s wellbeing as I actively neglected my own...”
“Jaye finally grew into a woman, an independent woman and I finally had some peace in mind as I moved back to Russia, evolving my dreams as an artist in Fine arts till one of the flight out of town had an accident, luckily a good portion of passengers survived but we were stuck in the middle of the ocean just luckily finding an island about many miles away of our landing. It lasted for a year or more.. I was completely out of sesrvice, we were lost but eventually we’ve kind of became.. Wild survivors till SOS services finally came to the rescue, bringing us back to our homes safely and that’s when I decided to cherish my family since I could’ve really lost them for good.. I could’ve spent many years trying to survive in that damn island... Therefore, I now currently came back to Karakura.. Not only for a new chance of life but live where I'm close to my sister.”
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
“I’m quiet for many reasons and a big one is that I'm observant and I've come with the observation of many cons that many schools showcase and yes I personally think student council has done big part of a student’s needs of guidance but the issue is, if they the higher ups even take their calls seriously, for many years, students have felt not seen and unheard by many adults due to their youth and immaturity specially when troublesome students try to reach out for help and since I’ve grown necessary benefits, often unintentionally or just with purely out of life experiences that unexpectedly came to me as from starting with raising a literal human to emotionally helping friends and loved ones with serious life issues and emotional regulations as well even teaching them morales, I’ve grown more determined to finally guide students into a better route of support by being able to separate their differences and levels of maturity, either emotional or academically, which is what a school essentially needs, stability and equality. And the caretaker job is a given opportunity to shine on what I'm best at, willing giving a far better image and environment to KHS.”

“I believe I could be accepted since I come with benefits that I personally think sets me apart from others as I came to learn many depths of emotional understanding which came from my background of psychology studies and from my natural learning of psychological issues that helps me manage with troubled students that often provoke constant chaos in the school and understand their mental struggles and emotional regulation levels while also having experiences of student council during middle school in Russia which helped me evolve my social skills and problem-solving skills that highly benefits me with stopping fights or arguments that disrupt the school hallways and having years of a parental role has enhanced my parental instincts to detect trouble in matter of short periods of time by recognizing sounds that can be either signs of playfulness or actual danger since those are tricky to determine, especially in children.”
