School Employee Role you are applying for?: Caretaker
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A caretaker looks after the school as well as it's students in a position of
authority. They have the responsibility of showing students to places they need ranging from the library, to the nurse's office, to classrooms. They often also make sure that
students stay within school premises during school hours, handle the work of janitorial sort but faster; Caretakers also should have

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Goodness, I've roleplayed since I was a tween. I got into stuff like DnD and other forms of roleplay to pass time

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Satoshi is a man who knows these tricks; he'd used them himself at their age. Not giving a visible reaction to the student, he'd simply smile and give them a moment
to finish their sentence. No use in interrupting, that irks them more he finds... He'd dismiss their comments,
instead worrying what they've got on their mind. What's causing them to act out like this?
He'd remind them about indoor voices and a language warning, and be on his merry way, pride unscathed.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
His initial reaction is to radio in assistance, whether it ends up being necessary or not. You never know.
He'd step between the students, making sure they are separated from one another to ensure the situation cools down quicker. What happened, why and how it started are the most important points in situations like this. He'd want to make sure both students understand the danger fights like this pose to not only them, but possibly bystanders as well.
He'd calmly ask the students to go on their own ways and heavily suggest refraining from getting into another altercation.
In a situation where a student is injured; both parties or just one of them, he'd personally escort them to the nurse's office.
Report the situation to a higher-up when/if necessary.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
In these situations, Satoshi isn't one to freeze up. Despite being a calm mannered man, he'd find himself irritated at such ill manners
He'd pull aside said coworker, remaining calm to question their decision to do such things. He'd call them out on their behavior; not being a mind-reader he'd obviously need
their side and explanation to their behavior. Staying reasonable and collected, he'd call the coworker out on their behavior. A straightforward man, Satoshi would voice
his opinion and worries in said situation.
If nobody is endangered in the situation, he'd simply report said behavior and move on with his day after checking up on all involved parties.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Despite being tired all the time from a lack of proper rest, Satoshi puts on a convincing happy front. He is a sociable man, don't take me wrong, but sometimes he isn't in the best of moods to chit chat. Regardless, he's always up for conversation, even if he isn't always one to start it initially.
The closer someone is to him, the more likely he is to begin conversations to pass time, or simply check up on people he truly cares about.
He's most often seen sipping his coffee with a content smile.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me &6&oThe older man would stand by the nurse's office, sipping his beloved cup of coffee as he listened to his enthusiastic coworker chat his ears off.
He enjoyed the company yes, but wasn't as awake as he'd like to be in order to properly contribute to the conversation. Satoshi would nod his head, taking a long swig of his americano. The rich flavor of his favorite sort of coffee would send a small buzz through him, and he'd finally find himself chuckling properly at a joke he was told.
He'd close his eyes, finishing the coffee before disposing of the empty cardboard cup into the nearest trash bin. He'd part from the coworker with a simple wave and smile, headed towards the library for his morning walk during Breakfast. It was a good opportunity to make sure everything was running smoothly first in the morning, as well as greet students before their days began.
/me &6&owould rub the bridge of his nose, letting out an exhausted chuckle as he'd pick up some paper towels thrown across the school hallway. He did have to wonder what on earth students would do such for, but then again, does there even have to be a reason? Some of them simply enjoyed making the faculty's days harder by default. He'd pick up the towels,
discarding them into a bin once he was finished. He'd dust off his hands, making his way towards a bathroom to wash off his hands. Who knows what germs were on that garbage... Why didn't he wear plastic gloves?
/me &6&owould sigh, smiling with both hands on his hips as the students rolled out of the school gates, ready for their weekend. He'd make sure to patrol the school grounds before he left just in case... Once again. He'd already done so about half an hour ago. Or was that yesterday? He'd simply grin to himself, shaking his head in dismay. Was he truly this bad at recalling what he'd done a short while after he did it? Maybe he's just getting old. He'd greet the last few students, wishing them a happy weekend before letting out a gentle whistle. What was he going to eat tonight? Should he go out again, or just warm up some noodles? After a moment of daydreaming, he'd turn on his heel, marching back towards the school building... Maybe one more round wouldn't be so bad!

Backstory
Satoshi was born in Osaka; Japan to a widower mother, his father having passed away soon after he was conceived. Satoshi spent his earliest years helping out his mother; running her errands, doing the dishes and laundry, handling her fits of drunken anger much more maturely than your average five year old ever should. Any child for that matter.
But he'd always take it all with a smile, and a polite bow of his head. He's helping. That's all that matters to him. It's all that would ever matter to him.
By another mistake in a long range of those on his mother's part, his little sister Sachiko was born. She'd immediately become attached to Satoshi, always yearning for his company and love that she'd never receive from their mother.
Satoshi would find himself almost parenting both his sister, and own mother. Once more being the one to handle chores, and all the work around their small house, one they'd grown to call home. He'd even began working at an early age before he hit elementary, doing favors for the fisherman and shop owners few streets over. He'd always be there for people,
no matter who they were. This'd grow to become one of his best and most valuable qualities.
Once he hit the age of 13, Satoshi's rose colored glasses began cracking. He'd find his mother's inability to parent her children repulsive.
So on a whim, the siblings packed their things and left. As to where, they hadn't the slightest idea. Few years spent on the streets, they'd eventually find themselves in the city of
Karakura. He'd gotten a small apartment for himself and his darling sister; it's the best they could afford and more than enough for them.
He'd assist Sachiko in things a many, finding himself loving the way helping people made him feel once again. It never truly went away, it's just that he had to re-discover
that lost admiration.
He promised to himself that this was where he wanted to go in life; one day he'd work with young students just like himself. Help them, and be a source of
positive affirmation and help to them; something he'd needed when he was young, yet had never gotten. At least to the degree he'd needed it.
Satoshi would excel in his studies, yet after graduation... He floated through life without a meaningful direction. He watched his sister marry straight out of HS, never even having had a single partner himself. HE didn't have time, is all... He'd lay around his (now single) apartment, continuing his studies to occupy all that excess free time he'd found himself with.
Eventually, at the ripe age of 35 he'd found himself back at the gates of Karakura High School, ready to find the spark that was ready to be re-ignited.
[And that's where we stand now.]
Motivation for Joining KHS: As previously mentioned, Satoshi grew up with a younger sister. She often had issues in school, most notably social issues.
Helping his sister find comfort in academics and assist her in easing her way to social interaction made him realize how much he enjoyed helping young students
find their place in a school environment. He'd also taken a liking to few of the school faculty members,
admiring how they excelled in their jobs and took passion to being pillars for new generations. He'd dreamt of becoming a teacher, or maybe a nurse.
But eventually he settled on the job of a caretaker; partaking in each fraction of the jobs he found himself enjoying and admiring.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"): N/A
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Not only am I a cool-headed person, especially when it comes to tough situations,
I also enjoy working with children and younger folk generally. I went through a lot at that age, so I believe I possess an understanding of some of their issues
that they're now finding themselves working through. But more importantly, I want to make sure that despite these issues,
school is not a place for merely hanging out and making friends. You must do your work in order to advance, so there isn't time for dillydallying.
I'm a fast learner, I never complain about the jobs I'm handed, and I work quickly and efficiently.
