In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: Someone who is there to help anyone in the school like class rooms nurses office etc-
and also make sure children stay in school grounds and go around and make sure students are alright!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I've been roleplaying ever since I was 8, so for about 8 years I've had a lot of practice with detail roleplay but I will admit I'm Still not the best with it.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: she would tell the student to calm down and not to use that language while in school or to school members and would warn the person
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: she would break them up and then check if any of them are seriously hurt, if they are not she would warn them both and tell them to not fight on school grounds and if they do again they get another warning. if one of them is seriously hurt she would call another member of staff to take them to the nurse's office.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: she would confront them and ask them to not do that while on school grounds. and then report it to a higher up
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: she would grab a cup of coffee and try to make friends

/me she would put her hand out so the dog could smell her and not be frightened by her. then would carefully move to sit down by the dog
/me the female would walk up from behind trying not to startle them as she would set her hand on their shoulder
/me would help the child get up from their seat and escort them out of the classroom

Backstory
When she was young, she always dreamed of becoming someone able to take care of everyone she profoundly loved or knew that had a troubled life. When her parents told her that she could become that when she is older, she strived everyday to become what she wanted to be. Ineluctably, she let her insecurities and such float away as she commenced in studying extremely hard to ensure that she achieved what she wanted in life. She would study everyday in college to ascertain her dream was assured, as she worked towards college. In time, she arrived to college, practicing computer science and mathematics as her majors along with business being her minor. In the 4 years that Maryana continued college, she graduated with her bachelor's degree in computer science in the year of 2014. Taking a few jobs dealing with technology, she decided to push herself outside of her comfort zone and endeavor for a job as a caretaker at Karakura's school. Due to some mental issues on her part, Karakura respectfully turned her down for the job. Sometime after she got abnegated at her job, Maryana got a call from her parents in Africa. They told her that they were having financial quandaries and needed assistance getting back on their feet again. She flew to Africa without a second thought, having thought it would even potentially benefit her mental health. Throughout the course of proximately a year, Maryana prosperously helped her parents get back on their feet and be financially stable once again. Having looked back at the time she spent there, she noticed that her mental health had amended greatly as well as her relationship with her family. There was one immense downside to her tiny vacation she took from Japan, which was the fact that she had forgotten pretty much everything she had originally learned in college. This resulted in her flying back home to Japan, spending most of her time back home studying and learning everything she had forgotten. A long 8 months dragged on for Maryana as she studied and studied, it consumed her life. Nearing the 9th month, Maryana had decided that she had officially caught herself up on everything she needed to recollect from her years in college. With a amended mental health and brighter perspective, she called up Karakura's school and asked to get interviewed again. Fortuitously they still had an opening that had yet to be filled, so they accepted her request for a second chance. Having scheduled the interview later in the week, she reviewed for everything she kenned about computer science. When time came for her to go to her interview, she strode in with confidence and a better mental health. She tried her very best, giving the interview her all and nothing less. That day she went home feeling as good as ever, alacritously waiting for the electronic mail on if she got accepted or not as a caretaker. Proximately 2 weeks passed until they got back to her, with ecstatic news of her being accepted. Filled with exhilaration, she called up her family and gave them the good news. Earning cheers and felicitations, she prepared herself for the first day of her incipient job.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I'm not too sure on how to answer this question but I would say. I'm great in stressful situations and i love hanging out and socializing with people and especially trying to help them and that is why I think I should be accepted
