School Employee Role you are applying for?: Caretaker
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: Top Duties and Qualifications. A Caretaker takes care of the security and maintenance of community buildings. Their duties include cleaning, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks and performing security checks for the buildings in their care. Also to Ensure students are safe and follow all school rules for example loitering at front gates is one of the main issues students do not listen to in srp.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have had over a years worth of roleplay experience on srp and around 2 years in other rp servers so i'd say i am quite experienced at it.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: Calm and patient, he will try to reason with the student and if it continues happening he will contact a higher up in the school staff system to assist him and if it does not work will have to issue the student with detention.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: My character will react by making known of his presence to the students and if his presence is not enough to stop the situation he would hold a student back and might ask any available school staff with assistance to then issue a detention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: He would try to get proof of the other employee acting inappropriately and show a staff higher-up, and explain the situation to that person to resolve the situation and ensure punishment is given to that employee.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? Friendly with fellow school staff, discuss work, eat, drink and socialise and just improve relationships with other school staff members.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me &cwould get in between the fight by pulling one back and stepping in between both individuals &f"both of you will receive a detention, now go opposite directions, if seen fighting again there will be more serious consequences" &cwould then let the individual go, watching them separate.
/me &cwould remain calm at the situation replying &f"please calm down and tell me whats going on" &cwould then gesture to another school staff member to come over and assist with the situation.
/me &cwould grab the students attention &f"away from the front gates please" &cgesturing them to enter the school properly

Backstory
Joey Catalano was born and raised his first 10 years of schooling in Sicily, Italy where he found out that almost everything was corrupt, that the mafia was getting a lot of civilians to do things they didnt want to, He noticed it at a young age and decided he wanted to help people out and take care of the people getting involved in a lifestyle that wasnt for them. Long story short his family moved to France to start a new life and put all the crime they saw passed them, This is where Joey figured he wanted to study things like Healthcare, He was 16 at the time of this choice and wanted to make the most of it. His family were running low on money and his mother wasnt in good fitness to work a full time job so Joey decided to pick up a part time job delivering food. Whilst doing this job which he got at 17 years of age, he was confronted by fellow delivery drivers asking Joey if he could drop some illegal substances for more money. Joey had a long thought process that night, he didnt want to do thw wrong thing but then again it was a lot of money for each delivery. Joey then decided to Deliver these substances and earn a bit more money. He soon realised how much trouble he could get in so he asked the french hustlers if he could stop doing these deliveries. The French men decide its not Joeys choice to make and that his family will be harmed if Joey didnt continue delivering for them. He would stay calm and explain the situation to his parents, His parents werent happy about Joey being involved in this but also understood his intentions, Soon the family decided to move out of france to get as far away from the french hustlers as possible. They ended up moving to Sapporo, Japan, where Joey was studying Home Health Aide Home Attendant Major and Health Aide. He had a part time Job at a small Japanese restaurant, where he made just enough to live off while studying. At this point in time His mother was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 4 and was told she didnt have much longer to live. He then decided to stop work and study taking care and spending time with his mother before she passed. At this point in time Joey was 22 and had finished his studies. His mother passed away and he decided it was time to work again. For 4 years he worked a Nursing home caring for the elderly when he decided he thought it was best to teach younger kids and turn themself away from crime or having to get involved in that type of life. So then he Saw a town called Karakura and thought it was perfect for a new beginning and seeing the crime rates Karakura had he thought and wanted to make a change in the younger generations lives.
Motivation for Joining KHS: Seeing young generations being forced to do things they don't have control over, He noticed it at a young age and decided he wanted to help people out and take care of the people getting involved in a lifestyle that wasnt for them, for example gang related business.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I feel i should be accepted over other applicants because i have a passion to help kids out and feel like its not really a job to help these kids out but feel as if it is a must and has to be done otherwise the kids who get involved with bad things early end up somewhere they do not want to end up. I also feel i should be accepted over other applicants because i have what it takes to change the lives of crooked kids and change the direction they were headed.
