I'm rarely offline on the server, I really like this server and the school is what has called my attention for the last days and years, i have played this server in 2021 and i loved the roleplay of this and how pretty and realistic this has become, I admit that I've went to detention once at school but I've improved and i wont like to reapeat that history.
In 2021 i had to leave my fav hobby that was playing this game in general for personal reason, and recently i've heard of a friend of mine that this server is still up and even more better, so im more fascinated about this server once again and im sure will be playing this 24/7. I will say that I am always active on the server, but i've got work still for 1 month and a half, work takes 6 hours of my day but the rest i'll be uising it to play this game so more or less 9/12 hours active!

As far as i know the role of Caretaker i think they play an important role in the school. They make, beyond any doubt, that everything in the places is clean. They do more things than instructors, although they are, in addition, a part of safety and a professional. A janitor takes care of the youngsters and the staff to ensure, without any doubt, that everything is fine even if it is unpleasant for them,
They have the responsibility of showing students to places they need ranging from the library, to the nurse's office, to classrooms. They often also make sure that
students stay within school premises during school hours

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have played RP before and it was in this server, im well experience and i did play a bit of FiveMRP servers, i know how to RP and i acknowledge what is needed to be good at RP I wouldn't say I have a full roleplaying experience, but I know DetailRP depending on how the person responds back. I just try to handle it as much as possible and reply back with one line so I don't waste mine and your time, otherwise I would do a lot of DetailRP with people who did it with me. The way you respond to the person, you think of the scenario in your head and you just type . That's how I was able to learn.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join the School Employee faction because I want to expand my experiences on this server by doing more than just being a student, such as playing a role as a Caretaker. I'd like to be able to spend my time developing relationships with employees both as well as having the opportunity to try out new things on this server, even if they're minor. I'd like to have the opportunity to not only meet new people but also to play an important role in the lives of the students.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
He would just be there for a few minutes, adjusting to what he had just heard. He wouldn't be mad at them because he knows the others might just be having a rough day. He will likely approach the person while she is still cursing him. He would warn her by constantly telling her that. After a little he would have a little talk with them to find out why he was saying this.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
After he sees two students throwing their fists at each other. His immediate reaction is to run towards them to avoid further causes of struggle. He would try to pull one of them away from the other and put himself between the two to stop them from continuing to do more damage to each other. He would hand them over to detention without thinking twice about it. And would warn them if they fight again in the hallway that will be worse consequences.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Depending on how they were acting, it was against school rules to be aciting that way. He approached them questioning why they were doing this and warned that he would have to report this to someone if it happened again. He wouldn't want to do this, but he would feel the need as it would help with security within the school.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
When alone, he finds a way to stay focused on something like reading a book or staying on his phone for a while. Some days can be stressful for him, so when necessary he doesn't say much. he's not the type of person who usually talks about the lack of socialization in his life, but when another employee is in the room with him, he tries to have a brief ongoing conversation. One way or another, he wants to be able to get others to talk to him as easily as it is for him to talk to others.

he was walking around the school and came across garbage on the floor and some dirty tables, he sighed with a bit of annoyance but with ease, took him cleaning things, starting by taking the garbage off the floor and putting it in the bag he had, then he took his cleaning spray and a small cleaning paper cleaning the table, he used the cleaning spray on the table, passing the paper, cleaning all the dirt that would be on the table, then doing the same process with the other tables to avoid more dirt and make everything shiny, after it's finished it goes to the trash can and he walked to the place putting the trash in the trash, after that he smiles for having done his job

He was in the waiting room, reading a book when there was nothing to be done waiting for the time that he could go an clean the school, after hearing the bell ring, he whispers "Cleaning time!" happy, he goes to the hallways took the mop with the bucket of water and began to clean the floors of the hallways. as he begun to clean up the floor he star humming his favourite song! When he started to do this, he walked to the other side of the school and started to redo the same action.

He walked over to the students struggling among them as he sighed "You two stop it right know!" he quickly separated the two students and stood in the middle saying "You two to the infirmary, ill see you both in detention!" he looked at the students walking to the infirmary as he walked with them to make sure they didn't continue to fight or even try to run away. He talked to the nurse about what happened as he walked away after the incident, he went back to school when he started humming.

Kase Jin-Ae, from Korea born in Brazil. Living in his hometown with his Father who was Korean he taught him important things like surviving alone and protecting others and learning how to play piano. All his life he was taught to earn everything by working hard. After finding out that his Mother was needing money to survive she became desperate to help, but he was still young.
As he grew up, Kase Jin-Ae became more independent and struggled to achieve what his father couldn't. It took him years in high school, from age 15 and up, to make it through high school and get decent grades. Making some friends for company and security. At a young age, Kase always wanted to become an Artist and to achieve his goal, he worked hard in high school to take any extracurricular classes that would help him succeed in school.
During his high school years, he felt determined to excel in every class he attended. From then on, he kept a balanced life and followed his community and his work. Participate in clubs, sports teams and any small projects that would appear in his transcript. he has stayed away from any illegal actions or from many parties that could get him into trouble, as he still makes mistakes along the way. When he was 18, his friend Solan stayed with him, as well as his father, who protected him until he came of age.
Living alone, he brought many struggles, but also gave his new experiences. Familiar with the fact that he had to survive on his own, helping him to realize how important his Father wisdom was. Dealing with a few problems he strengthened himself and revealed who he really was and helped him along the way. As his adult years approached, he thought of needing a job, so he contacted some of the city's residents and asked them for job ideas. Knowing what job he could get might not suit his interests, but he knew it's what it takes to get the money he needs and move on in life. So he applied for many jobs near town and finally decided to check out any school jobs or job opportunities that came up. Finally getting the job, janitor, as the school didn't interest him, but he seemed to enjoy it.
Despite his past situations and what he will be dealing with in the future, he has learned too many lessons from her fiancée to realize that hard work pays off. He has remained aware of all the opportunities he has found and is still determined to become an Artist and succeed as best he can.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
I do believe this will be a great opportunity to experience new things and help others achieve their goals. I have observed quite a bit of caretakers that have roamed through the hallways of Karakura High School, and I just felt in that moment that this job is for me. That I have the opportunity to keep my environment and the environment of these students clean and well up to date.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I really don't think that's why I should be accepted over others. There is a way to establish a fair level of who is to be accepted and who is not. This varies in many different people with what they want to do and how experienced they are. People have different mindsets, skills and experiences.

know my grade is still 8, and i know I still needed to continue roleplaying to improve my grade and chaer, but I feel like if I get this job I would be able to roleplay more, since my character in the game doesn't communicate much, being a caretaker would help with his improvement to communicate too and to be more fun to roleplay along the game.
