Describe your activity on the server?:
I'm extremely active; I'd rate it about a 7/10. I get on nearly everyday to roleplay for numerous hours and in general I like doing stuff on the server. A few months ago, my activity completely dropped and I took a break but I've been back for a bit, and I'm doing great!! So yeah!! Very good activity.
Are you aware that inactivity for more than 15 days without an inactivity log will result in removal from the council?:

What is the student council?:
The student council is a group of disciplinary students who keep the Karakura High at it's peak. They keep the students behaved and enforce the rules when needed. Besides this, they also host events for the school to entertain not only the students, but the faculty as well. They're all around there to help out with anything the faculty cannot do alone.
Who or what brought you to apply for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc):
My own interest and speaking to the leads. Everybody on the council is extremely nice and some of the greatest people I know. Being reintroduced to it, along with the new faces I'll get to meet this time is something which gives me motivation to joining again.
What does the school council of Karakura do?:
As stated previously, they're disciplinary figures who keep the school in tip-top shape. They do this by hosting detentions for misbehaving students, taking serious action with higher ups involved to keep the schools good image in place, and hold events for the enjoyment of the players. A lot of OOC work goes in to help some of the staff and community team members hold said events, and in general, the school council of Karakura is just a bunch of quirky nerds who are trying to have fun with what they do!! At least that's how I take it.
How would you describe your work ethic?:
To put it simply, I find new ideas to motivate myself to get stuff done. I'll take a few minutes to collect my thoughts before proposing or executing ideas, meetings, etc etc. I used to have issues with these sorts of things, but over the course of. . . well, the past few months, I've learnt new ways to better my planning abilities and how I like to work! It's very helpful, especially because I used to go off task easily and not really pay attention to anything that had ever went on.
What interests you the most about the student council?:
What interests me most is honestly what's changed since I had taken a break. I'm excited to see the new people I haven't met before, the new roleplay opportunities I'll have once bringing back an old character, and doing everything else I couldn't do when I was on council in the past!
Do you have past experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?:
I do! The only teams I've been on included volleyball, and the team members usually have all sorts of different personalities for their characters. With this, it's given tons of new roleplay opportunities for me and my friends! Besides this, I of course had a lot experience from being on the council a few months back, and as time progresses, I'm sure the student councils atmosphere is slightly different than it had been when I used to be on, giving me a whole new window of roleplay opportunities I'll be able to meet.
Recently I've joined the Government faction, and even outside of court trials or work, I still have a lot of roleplay with the other members of the government in Karakura and it's extremely fun to see my characters growth.
SCENARIOS
You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
I talk it over with the other members and gather their input as well. I like to come close to a unanimous decision rather than having my opinion take the lead with things.
In a situation where you propose an idea, and everyone else dislikes it. How would you go about this?:
Well, I'll simply accept it, or if I'm passionate enough about the idea I'll try to negotiate and see the changes which would better improve this idea.
There is a split decision on an idea. The councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
I think the best way to go about such a thing is having the lead take action. They're the higher ups and they're the ones who tell the others what to do, making them the most responsible to stop an ongoing argument. Once settled, we'll find a better approach and changes to the idea which fits everybody's ideals.
A councilor is stirring up problems and bullying students on school grounds! What would you do?:
I request that they stop and warn them that just because of their powers, they do not have the right to mistreat others. If this behavior continues, I'll gather proof and report them to a lead.
The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?:
I would suggest a new, altered idea which better suits my ideals. I wouldn't exactly make a big deal out of it as the president in the one in charge, but if I really feel the need, I'll do my best to respond respectfully with whatever I think would be better.
There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councilors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?:
Once again, I'll contact a lead to help me dissolve the situation and talk it out with everybody. Once the issue is solved, we'll warn them to never let this amount of aggression appear between each other again. We're a team! We should never have drama with each other.
There’s a school faculty member abusing their power on school grounds! What do you do?:
I educate myself on the situation, once learning they are abusing their powers, I'll gather any evidence I feel is necessary, bring it up with my fellow councillors for their input, and then have a lead bring this up to the SLT!
Your friend has been given detention and has asked you to get them out of trouble. What do you do?:
I politely decline! They did the crime, they do the time. My character always puts the council before anything else, so I wouldn't stray away from his personality for my own personal feelings.

Kosuke is laid back, hard working, and all around just. . . a regular guy? He has an okay work ethic and is pretty strict when it comes to dealing with disciplinary situations.

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
I've had great experience prior to this application as I have been in the Student Council before as one of the many Vice-Presidents. I believe I am one of the most eligible candidates to be brought into the Student Council due to this. Though I had quit for some personal reasons, I've grown from those hardships I had been facing in my own life and have gotten into a state where I am now able to continue working again.
Why do you want this position?:
I want this position because the Council is something that helped my life improve tremendously and I want to go back as I'm in a better state of mind. This position used to be of great importance to me and stepping down was one of the hardest things I had to do. I want this position again so that I can once again just. . help out! The school is a great place, and I want to make it just that much better.
What interests you the most about student council?:
The people! Some of my old friends remain on it, joining again would be an excellent opportunity to reconnect. Also, the environment-- I always felt sort of at home when within the Council, and the people in it felt more like family than my real one did. . !
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
I will contribute a well-behaved student who knows the rules like the back of his hand. I will keep the school in order everyday I step foot inside of it, and I will do my best to help my fellow members if they are ever in a situation when needed.
