Describe your activity on the server:
I consider myself to be fairly active, on weekends, I typically spend 4 to 8 hours online, however this may be reduced on weekdays because I have classes and homework to complete. But, I don't spend a lot of time in school so it shouldn't be a problem.

No, I haven't been banned and I don't plan on getting banned anytime soon.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for the role of a School Nurse.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A nurse is an employee whose responsibility is to look after the students' physical well-being and maintain their general health. They are supposed to be there for medical reasons because they are required in the event that a student sustains an injury at school or experiences something that causes them grief. They are quite limited in what they can do while treating injuries; for instance, they can only deal with cuts, bruises, sickness, and other minor injuries; for broken legs or any major injuries, they must call EMS. In addition to all of that, they are intended to provide students with a secure environment where they may access medical care.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
As stated in my previous application, I have quite a decent amount of experience in roleplay as I’ve been in countless roleplay servers for the past few years, improving even more after each server. I’ve been on SRP for almost two years now, and I’ve already been a part of so many different roleplays during my time here.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
As I previously stated, I want to join the School Employee Faction since I've come to the realization that there isn't much I can do right now on SchoolRP. Personally, I believe that joining the School Employee Faction can provide a bunch of options for many kinds of roleplay.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Since Fujioka is aware that the student is only trying to provoke a response from him, he will do all in his power to ignore the student who is cursing at him. He would give the student detention to stop them from harassing other faculty or students in the future if the cursing continued after many warnings for more than five minutes. Fujioka would also radio SLT to help deal with the situation if the student refused to report to detention as you’re not allowed to skip it.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Fujioka would hurry to the scene as soon as he learned about the fight between the two to put an end to it. If that didn't work, he would radio any other faculty members who were available to come help with the matter. He would try to break up the fight by dragging one of the students away from the other one. Once the fight was stopped, Fujioka would take the two hurt kids to the nurse's office where she would treat them for their wounds until they were given detention for fighting on school property.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If Fujioka catches the employee having unacceptable behavior, he will tell them that it is unsafe for children to be around someone who is acting in this manner on school property. If the employee doesn't listen to Fujioka's warnings about the potentially dangerous consequences that could occur if they are not careful with what they are doing, he will radio SLT to come help him if he sees them doing something that puts them or anyone else in danger.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
While in the break room, Fujioka usually prepares himself mentally for any sort of injuries that a student might have on them instead of relaxing for the break he has. Though, when he isn’t doing that, he does what most employees do, grab a cup of coffee and sit down at a table nearby, waiting for an interesting conversation to occur. He’s not the type of person to strike up a conversation, though, he’d be more than happy to socialize with his fellow employees.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me rolled the medical cart over to the individual. He grabbed some gloves, putting them over each of his hands before grabbing the splint and medical tape. He used his hand to place under the individual’s chin to keep them still - then carefully placed the splint onto their nose, using the medical tape to hold it in place properly.
/me grabbed some aloe vera, walking back over to the individual. He quickly put some gloves over his hands, then took a bit of the aloe vera to evenly spread onto the student’s burn. He then took the gloves off, grabbing some banadaging and wrapping it around the area. Making sure it was secure, and comfortable for the individual. He’d then hand the aloe vera to the student “Keep adding this onto the burn until it looks healed, don’t overly use it though. You may return back to class but keep your arm in a comfortable spot.”
/me walked over to the freezer, grabbing an ice pack. He then walked over to the individual, handing it to them. Giving them a soft smile before speaking. “You may stay here for 15 minutes if you like, just keep your ice pack in the area that hurts.” He then walked back over towards the nurse’s desk.

Backstory
EARLY DAYS
Fujioka Gengyo was born into an upper-middle class family in Paris, France on June 14th, 1993, his father, who wasn’t really present in his life, worked at a hospital, while his mother worked at a nursing home for a few hours a day. During school, he wasn’t really present as his family moved him around a lot due to changing workplaces. This usually affected him and his education as he couldn’t properly sit down and study at his house.Instead, Fujioka was usually found inside the same nursing home his mother worked at whenever Fujioka didn’t have school he was found with his mother. Most of the time his mother had been working at a nursing home which Fujioka slowly learned what to do there.
TEENAGE YEARS
After enrolling into highschool, Fujioka was able to pursue his education as his parents thought he was more responsible to be left home alone. Being inspired by his mother’s work, he enrolled himself into classes which involved nursing programs and much more. This caused him to be able to learn more about what his father and mother do and perhaps be able to work the same job as them in the future. Fujioka made sure to focus on these classes more than his regular ones as he was more interested in learning about nursing than almost anything else during the school year, after graduating from highschool, he was able to enroll in a decent college where he got a masters degree in Biology and Human Psychology.
CURRENT YEAR
After graduating from High School and college, Fujioka moved to Karakura, Japan to take care of his older brother, who was suffering from heart disease. After living in Karakura for a few weeks, he realized that he couldn’t support his brother without getting a job. Fujioka looked everywhere he could just for a place to work until one day one of his newly made friends that he made in Karakura during his time there suggested that he’d try to become a nurse. Fujioka, of course, agreed as it was the only job that he could find that suited him the most.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
“My motivation behind why I want to be a part of KHS is the fact that I’ve been looking into many jobs like this before. I want to be able to follow in my parents’ footsteps with our history working in some type of medical field. Now yes this is a very same medical field but when I saw my mother working in a job just like this it brought happiness to myself. The reason why it brings happiness to me is the fact I will be able to remember my mother in a way and it will also help me improve my care for others. I also want to be able to show my care that I have gained so far and I want to show my knowledge behind medical information; this will help me do so.”

“I feel as if I should be accepted over others because I have a decent understanding behind nursing due to my family’s history. I look forward to working somewhere like this because I have the will to work and not give up on the job so easily. When you see most people applying for a job like this they leave very quickly, well I will not do the same. I have much motivation for this job and will continue to have motivation if I were to get hired. I know how to treat others very well and know how to understand people’s feelings very easily. I’m also someone you can really count on.”
