Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are important, because not only they teach kids the way of life or the history of life but they are there to guide you into the successful way to be human. However being a teacher in School RP is a way to experience it and have fun with it. Teachers both in real life and in game both have the same purpose to teach, some people in the game can teach you actual things that maybe you never knew, just like teachers in real life. In spare time a teacher are still working, they can either be grading tests or helping a students study. However teachers do have free time, i mean everybody does even if your important, you must take breaks in life like a human being, they also can have fun and hang out with the students. A regular teacher can gain about 200,00-250,000 Yen per month.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important to SchoolRP because they teach the kids in the server.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: (Page 17) Class location changes, Lesson planning, preparation period, security of a teachers belongings, studying at sports hall, and last but not least, trainee's.

He used to be in Royal Canadian Mounted Police Department, but after a huge accident moved to being a teacher. He has some flashback moments and panic attacks but in public areas he can control them, however he does have a scar on his cheek this is why he grew a beard to hide the scar and so students or other people won't ask, as he does not like to talk about his past. Buck is a unique and different from most people, he does not like violence instead he like to talk his way into eliminating the problem, However since the accident he does have anger issues but he is very good at controlling it. Buck is a kind hearted person and does not only care for him self but the outlook on his students is that he wants them to be successful and to not make mistakes like what he did. If a teacher is very popular or got a prize, Buck will not feel jealous or he will not pity them he instead will compliment them or become that persons friend. Buck does not know what he wants for his future, instead he just wants to forget his past and start a new life, a life he dreamt of having even before the accident.

Backstory
Born on February 8th 1993 after his sister in 1992, Buck put a print in the world for him self, His parents were never known because the second the family left the hospital they were abandoned. Buck and his sister found them selfs living with an ex JTF2 member (Joint Task Force 2) while growing up with his sister and this man they both learned how to live in the forests of Canada. When buck turned 18 he joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Department, everything was going well until it happened, on November 12 2017 there was an accident, Buck was in a Swat operation raiding a weapon warehouse, Buck shot a gas tank on accident killing all of the unit 7 team. However buck was the only living, since he ran and jump out a window. The men were all honored, and Buck too but it didn't feel like he deserved it. Deep inside bucks soul he knows it was his fault and he knows that they all died because of him. But buck never lets out because while he was studying with his sister for the police department he found a passion for History, this is why he has a Degree in History, so one day as he was packing his things to quit his life he got an idea, he wanted to become a history teacher. He then moved to Japan and started fresh and away from his past even when it haunts him. However Buck wants to meet new people and feel happier than he ever did than before, He loves bonding with kids and with other people. He put a goal in his life, and that goal is to keep going, to stay happy and make other happy, to be well known, with his sister on his side nothing will be able to stop them from being who they are in the world.
