What's your Minecraft Username?: Crownneno
What's the title of your suggestion?: Character-Specific Apartment Ownership

What's your suggestion?:
Hello! I hope you're doing well.

Would it be possible to have different types of apartments tied to different individual character slots instead of the normal account username? At the moment, when you purchase an apartment, it appears to be saved under your username rather than your specific character. This means that if you create and play a second character, you can't purchase another apartment because the system recognizes that your account already owns one.

It would be great if each character slot could have its own apartment, with ownership and the apartment nameplate linked to that character rather than just the account.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This would improve immersion by allowing each character to have their own unique home and identity rather than sharing one across an account.

I understand where you are coming from, but apartments/homes/etc are account based. Not profile based, and even so, it wouldn't make sense to have more than 1 property(minus estates/mansions/boats/sport houses/etc) plus it would get to the point where we will be in a housing crisis again. I, and a lot of other people on the server, have 5+ characters. and even if 100 people have only two characters, meaning there will need to need to be 200 apartments/homes available to rent. Which, on a server like srp, that will not work at all seeing how we range between 40-400 people on the server

the map doesn't have enough space to house 750+ uniquely different characters who wants to live on their own. Additionally the rules has always been 1 owned property Per Player.

-1, there used to be an issue with the fact people were able to buy properties on both their main and alts which lead to to the requirement for apartment buildings alongside the ban against 1 person having several different residences across multiple accounts, I would rather have space that we can use for newer opportunities to broaden our roleplay on the server rather then housing stacked upon each other to meet demand for potential newer players
