In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: The role I am Appling for is a chef and I feel the description is pretty straight forward a person who cooks different dishes for the children of the school

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: Kira would turn around warn the about their language at school and if they kept on with it give them a detention
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: ofc first he radios the fight then he would attempt to separate the two kids fighting to get both sides of the story and then he would hand out the detentions unless another staff member has already given the detention
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: My character would pull the staff member off to the side and confront them about it and attempt to get them to stop and if they did not listen and continued to do it he would bring it up to Slt
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? Respectful kind and over all just normal he usually would not hang out there at most he might grab a coffee or say hi to some other staff members and leave

/me &cKira started to gather up the food to hand out to the students with a smile on his face saying &f”Have a good day” &cto each student who passed by to get some food finally when he was done handing out food, he cleaned up the cooking area again making sure everything was perfectly clean
/me &cKira walked out of the cooking over to the stations that students dumped their trays picking them up and bringing them back to the sink laying them down grabbing a sponge and soap as he started cleaning each and every tray making sure they were completely spotless as he finished, he spoke &f”Finally I should be able to stop by the lounge and grab a coffee”
/me &cKira was cooking as he seemed stressed hurrying to get everything ready for lunch accidently spilling a water on the floor quickly grabbing a mop and cleaning up the mess after the mess was cleaned, he washed his hands again going back to making the food out of breath he was finally done smiling without a word walking the direction of the employ break room. Backstory : Kira Mikan was born in Japan and grew up with his father there, as his mother died giving birth to him. His father, who ran a small restaurant, was a strict but loving father who always had his son's well-being in mind. At the age of seven, Kira started showing interest in his father's work, so he asked him to teach him how to cook. Just under a year later, Kira started helping out his father in the restaurant. Be it preparing the ingredients, taking orders or preparing the side dish, Kira was capable of doing these things by the age of eight. Finally, at the age of twelve, his father sent him to a cooking school so that Kira could gain more experience. At the cooking school, Kira became a top student and won several competitions and events. At the age of sixteen he decided to leave school to apply to a large and well-known restaurant in Tokyo. There he worked his way up from waiter to chef. However, at the age of twenty-five he was fired because one of his colleagues envied him and for this reason he spread rumors and lies about Kira to get the position as chef. So, Kira planned to go back to his father's restaurant, but it went broke and had to close. Kira started applying to several restaurants in Tokyo, but most of them turned him down or only kept him for a few weeks, they called him scary, mysterious or too quiet, they all found some reason to avoid him. It went on like this for four years and at the age of twenty-nine he finally gave up looking for a job and cooking. He now tried all sorts of things to earn money and had to live in poverty. But after a year, an old acquaintance of his father got in touch, he met Kira in a pub and they exchanged stories and chatted. Eventually, this friend offered to accompany Kira to Karakura to let him live with him until Kira got a job. The next day they left for Karakura and after two weeks finally Kira applied to Karakura high school as a chef to start a new life.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants? : You should accept me because I have been a chef at multiple locations, I ran a restaurant with my dad when I was 8-12 and taught me everything, I needed to know by him until I sent to a cooking school so I think you will know the right chef to pick
