Describe your activity on the server:
I’d definitely describe my activity as extreme. I am active most hours of the day and consistently get online, I am only unavailable during early hours of the morning for work and play once I’m home through to late hours of the night during the weekdays, during the weekend I am usually pulling all nighters to play. Unfortunately I have been unable to get online recently as my computer has decided to kick the bucket but as of the 13th of this month I will have a replacement and will be making up heavily for lost time. I am still very active on discord and I am available for vc and can watch sharescreens.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
What position are you applying for?:
Lawyer
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying for the Lawyer role is to explore a role that allows me to dive into more deeper and meaningful interactions with the community. I am intrigued by Karakura’s legal system and I am interested in ways to apply it within certain role-play scenarios. I enjoy detailed role-play that involves overcoming challenges, problem solving and structured communication. I believe gaining the Lawyer role will provide an opportunity for me to have more meaningful role-play within the community as well as allow me to provide a helpful service to the server and players role-play scenarios. I have also noticed a significant lack of activity within the governor roles and I would love to change that and bring more activity into the faction.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
I am very educated on Karakura laws and Constitutional rights, reading over forums many times to confirm information for my peers, I believe it’s important to read the forums and stay informed on the legal aspects of the server. I am also understanding that these laws are subject to change and shift, and so it is important to stay well aware of these laws by frequently reading the forums.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My goal is to experience a more mature character with detailed lore and story. I enjoy putting immense amounts of detail and attention into my characters, I believe having a lawyer character will allow me to reach detail I have yet to even scratch the surface of. My goal is to further develop my roleplaying skills and lore building, as well as accurately portray my character and her role as a lawyer.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
{Governor}
The governor is responsible for carrying out various duties that will directly benefit the community and contribute towards the wellbeing of the citizens of Karakura. Their focus is local levels of governance and ensuring that citizens have access to appropriate services.
{Lawyer}
The Lawyer is supposed to uphold justice and represent their clients appropriately whether defending or prosecuting a case. Lawyers are key advisors and spokespersons for their clients and are responsible for understanding circumstances surrounding a case and advocating for the client whilst upholding justice and proper legal procedures.
{Judge}
Judges are responsible for reviewing cases presented to them by Lawyers and issue warrants, restraining orders and sentences appropriately. The judge holds the most important role in the courtroom and is responsible for overseeing that legal proceedings are conducted correctly.
{Deputy-Mayor}
The Deputy Mayor serves as a second in command administration. Assisting with day-to-day operations of the city. Their responsibilities include delivering speeches, signing documents and overseeing lower level administration. The Deputy Mayor is also responsible for communications of important information between government officials and The Mayor.
{Mayor}
The Mayor acts as the chief spokesperson and representative of Karakura. Carrying the highest level of responsibility within the city’s administration. Above all, the Mayor is responsible for acting in the best interests of Karakura and its citizens. Displaying strong leadership and political influence they require the ability to establish and maintain a clear direction for the city that best suits the people of Karakura.
Do you acknowledge that upon being accepted you can be subject to removal at any given time?:
I 100% acknowledge that this is a very realistic possibility and will not protest against any action that is taken by staff regarding role removal, I understand that it would be for a reasonable cause and it will not impact my behaviour towards staff if it were to happen.
Have you read & agreed to follow the Government Faction rules?:
Yes I have and yes I do agree.

IN CHARACTER SECTION
Full name:
“I am Vivienna Ewe Montgomery, please just call me Viv.”
She extended her hand to initiate a handshake, a disciplined smile was on her face. She looked you directly in the eye, holding eye contact as she introduced herself.
Preferred title (Mr., Mrs., etc.):
“I go by ‘Ms’.”
Stepped back to the chair on the opposite side of the desk, taking a seat, straightening out her file of documents confirming her identity and proof of education. She then looked you in the eye as she adjusted the collar of her button up shirt, straightening her posture as she pulled her shoulders back and puffed out her chest, a natural confident stance she had adopted during her law studies, this woman was full of pride. Briefly she cleared her throat as a faint smile appeared on her face, clearly she was uncomfortable discussing her marital status.
Current age:
“I am Twenty-Five.”
Adjusted the cuff of her suit for a moment before firmly clasping her hands together, placing them on the table in front of her as she responded. Oh how the years fly by.
Date of birth:
“I was born on the 24th of August, 2001.”
She quickly responded, a brief pause before she finished her sentence, as if she was trying to remember her own birthday. It was not often she shared information about herself such as her birthday, she preferred privacy and confidentiality.
Academic Background:
“My academic background focused primarily on criminology and law. I have completed my Bachelors degree in criminology and after went on to complete my Juris Doctor.”
Her chin raised with pride, only slightly, but the sense of academic achievement made her lip curl into a restrained smile. Her chest puffed out slightly more than it has already been. The woman before you oozed of confidence at this point, sharing her greatest achievements was a point of great pride.
Work experience:
“I am fresh out of my educational pathway, I’m looking to begin my experience in the workforce and I am eager to apply what I’ve learned in real world situations.”
Gently she tapped her finger on the table, unsure about herself at the moment, her lack of experience might just result in her not being approved for the position, this was something she had dwelled heavily on. Aware that those with experience are far more likely to be accepted than those without, although she did not allow this uncertainty to show through her confident stance, while she may not have experienced, she has passion, knowledge and ability.
Nationality & born location:
“I am Ghanaian, born and raised in Accra.”
She responded bluntly, a simple question only required a simple answer, if she was asked to elaborate further she would, but the moment did not call for it. Vivienna admired directness and intent during communication, she did not see the need for over explaining simple information unless there was direct functionality behind it.
Criminal record:
“I have no criminal record, my history is cleaner than soap.”
A brow raised at the question, understanding the requirements of the interview, she was aware as to why they would ask something of this context, but she did not look like someone who engaged in criminal activity.
What makes you a good candidate for this job?:
“I, unlike most, possess the ability to remove emotion and bias from my work, placing a firm barrier between personal and professional morality. I bring a strong academic foundation to the table and hold a genuine interest in criminal law. I am an.alytical and attentive to details many simply skip over. I am a calm and collected individual who has proven time and time again that I have what it takes to control the room and sway the audience in my favour. And finally, I am aware that there is always room to learn and develop my skills as a lawyer. I am not here to simply become a ‘lawyer’ I am here to put myself forward as an individual who is determined to become a reliable rock for my clients and colleagues to turn to.”
A final sigh left her lips as she ended her reasoning. Briefly an expression of concern appeared on her face, she quickly shook it off as her confident front showed once again, she was not going to let her nerves ruin this for her, she will remain disciplined, calm, collected. She knew she could do it, she knew she was a perfect candidate, she only hoped the employer saw the same. Her jaw clenched as she waited anxiously.
Extra note:
Unfortunately due to me not having access to my pc until Monday, I cannot attach an image of my playtime.
Side side note: I'm posting this for them as they don't currently have access to their forums account!
