What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivitation for it is that im getting kind of bored just being a normal adult,. Ive been trying to get a job on the server for ages now but cant seem to get one so I figured id try my hand at teaching to see what happens

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs are the plans that you are going to be teaching. They help you remember what your doing for class and help keep you organized
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: Fill out the application for it
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Student must respect the teacher and their classmates
2. No eating during or drinking in class
3. No cursing
4. No phones should be turned on in class
5. No illegal things alcohol drugs etc
6, No yelling at the teacher to get attention raise your hand

Well I started in WoW doing some normie roleplay didnt really enjoy it. Then i started playing arma 3 and rp'd as a cop/judge alot. Had a blast doing that. Now I just rp casually on SRP and I love it. Been doing that for nearly a year or so
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: The HD is the head of the department and head of a subject. They are in charge of helping new teachers on how to teacher their lessons.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills is a teacher that has been approved to teach a subject. These are teachers who do not need guidance from the head of department
- NQT: These are newly qulified teacher who Are not yet allowed to teach without the guidance of the HD'S
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers are there to assist students and to guide them to higher levels of achievement. The teachers try to prepare their students for the future, like college and employment. Also lead the students to be able to be independent and to be able to make the right
decisions when it is hard too.
They earn around ¥250,000 to ¥500,000
Every teacher teaches differently. Some might be layed back and chill and not teach very well while some teachers will make a class very strict and hard to pass. Most teachers will read lessons from a handbook make students do homework/test and make them take notes.
In a teachers spare time they are most likely grading students homework or test and classwork. And if there not doing that there coming up with what to teach next in class.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Well I mean if there were no teachers there wouldnt be a school meaning that the server wouldnt be SRP after all. Teachers serve as role models to students giving them a person to go to when there down or giving them a person to look up to as the grow and evolve into adults.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
MoSco - It’s a requirement and a must have.

Hed stand at 6'2'' Weighing around 165lbs. His eyes would be slightly gray tente. His skin would be pale compared to most and his forehead would have a scar on it.
What I think makes him unique Is his ability to handle heated situations and keep his cool under pressure.
He thinks that most students are little trouble makers and he think that the teachers are very respectable in the way that they are able to handle the students.
His personal life is pretty rough as he is the head of the kobayashi family and has alot of things to take care of because of it. He plans on getting a job to start earning money so he can help pay for a family estate someday.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would try to see why they are being so hatefull and then ask them to stop. If they dont stop I will then proceed to report them to a higher up to be dealt with.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would attempt to get their attention by doing an activity maybe even a break time to get things under control.
If they still continue to not listen well then Id have to get more strict and start warning people that if they dont pay attention they will be removed from class immediately
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Akiko would act very professional. He would love to make small talk with the other teachers and see how they teach so he can take notes on it to become a better teacher himself.
If no one else is in the teacher lounge he would take advantage of the situation and start planning his next lessons for the coming days.

Backstory
On march 1st 1993 Akira and Sasha had two children that one was a boy names Akiko Kobayashi and the other was a female whose name is Nadia Kobayashi. Akiko was born with no physical defects but is extremely smart and is really good at keeping calm in situation.
Akiko went through grade school and high school mostly helping his father on how to run his business.
Once akiko was able to move he did. He moved to karakura and started college at 19 working his hardest he studied at night all night sometimes to make sure he would make something of himself.
After graduating with his bacholeer degree some of his family moved to karakura and started getting jobs and getting married and settling down this made him extremely jealous and made him want to get a job. HE noticed that area was in need of new tachers so thats what he did. He applied to become a teacher and now awaits there response
