+1 this is very much needed. If my ass is on break and my co-captain can't even ping the team that's crappy, It's not my job to do practices or getting my butt chewed for not hosting practices

After discussing this with the sports lead, we have decided to deny it. Captains are responsible for their team and informing players when practices are, their activity is easier to monitor with this current system
