What's your suggestion?:
I suggest adding a /major command specifically for the college students. I believe adding this will bring more use to the degrees and a different perspective regarding education on the college side.
A rundown on how it can go.
When typing in the command /major a list of colleges will be brought up. Here are some examples that can be included:

- School of Agriculture
- School of Human Ecology
- Tech Farm

Of course not ALL of these have to be implemented these are just examples- SLT can make arrangements if this is approved to be added.
When you get into college students will be able to run the command /major and a list of each college will pop up. After picking which college you'd like to study under will define the areas of where you can major. For example, if I ran /major and chose College of Arts & Sciences another tab will show up with a list of what areas my character could focus on. If your character goes into college without knowing what they'd like to major in they can be undecided or be in the College of Interdisciplinary Studies until that student figures it out. A student can also change their major if they feel like they're not fit for that area for whatever reason- however, to make it more unique and more roleplay interactive we can involve the school counselors to handle this- kinda acting like college advisors in a way. College advisors help their students if they're struggling with grades, have questions about their degree progress, or have any concerns about their major. I believe putting this with the school counselors or even adding it as a separate role for the faction could be nice.
Overall, I think this would just bring an immersive experience for the students that attend the college and bring their degrees to much use with this. I do know students can just say "Hey I'm majoring in. . ." or some students don't have a set-in-stone major for their character they just see it as a degree and how far their character is in college.
This doesn't have to be required but again... it'd be a neat feature to add to the college.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
It'd bring a more immersive experience for the college students provide more roleplay opportunities for their characters and help bring in character development. This will also bring in a wonderful idea for the school counselors or even a separate faction role to fulfill the college advisor position. I believe it will also bring in another purpose for students to want to go to college and be able to get the experience of picking a major and going after their dreams- even though they already can I still believe implementing this will be a unique approach to the college.
