I feel the teacher group can be more strict because I feel the teachers are a little bit to friendly

The good teachers are usually the strict ones because students listen very carefully and that helps them learn. Sometimes I feel the strict teachers are mean but in honest facts those teachers just want to help.

BACKSTORY
When my character was young he loved to computers. When he was starting secondary school he finally realised what he wanted to be when he grew up. He wanted to teach students about computers. So when he was in grade 7 he started studying harder and harder to achieve his goal. When he reached grade 12 he was accepted to oxford and for four years he study there he got his degree. After getting his degree he started his own tutoring centre to educate kids on computers. Soon one school thought he was doing a really good job with the tutoring centre they invited him in to teach at the school. This was his dream and thats how his career started.
