You can talk about anything you'd wish to talk about as long as it correlates with the server.
General discussions is what it sounds like, general discussions for the server. In fact, assume every piece of content on this site has something to do with a player or the server.
Hence why there's a specific Off-topic forum page.
If you want to talk about whatever you'd want, I suggest you do so in that forum location, however in general, It is "general"ly advised you keep it pertaining to relevant information in accordance to the server.
