If you really want to spend as little as possible just look for the cheaper apartments with more space. It shouldn't be too difficult

apartment block K shouldn't even be considered a penthouse block with how much smaller it is than other pents, so maybe just make it a regular apartment block

- A lot of apartment blocks are priced on size, demand, and In-Character location (/spawn is an OOC command). This means there may be apartments that are less affordable than others, as with anything. We may consider lowering the prices by 25,000 this in an upcoming housing update depending on the types of buildings we have available.​
