Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I am on the forums daily, always reading through posts both new and old to get myself fully updated/aware of what’s going on on the server. For being online, I try to reach at least an hour a day but a lot longer on the weekends. However, I do acknowledge that this past week was somewhat spotty in terms of activity.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?: Yes, I fully acknowledge and understand these terms.

What is the Student Council?:
The Student Council, as its name suggests, is a group of students with the responsibility of representing the entire student body to fulfill their end goal of improving the school. They take in feedback from underrepresented groups and present and discuss ideas on improvement during their weekly meetings.
What happens in the School Council?:
In the School Council, issues regarding the school are raised and discussed as well as new ideas presented and thought over. The council members work together to come up with creative solutions to these issues and create a plan on how to incorporate it for the entire school. The School Council also plans/organizes future school-wide events such as White Day and the Karakura Festival.
Do you prefer to work alone or in a group?:
I do most my work alone since I work fastest that way, but I always want to get feedback from others and ensure that I am never truly working by myself at all times. However, I do prefer working with others and work well in groups.
Do you have any experience Roleplaying?:
Yes, I have experience in roleplaying from Minecraft (from a Harry Potter server), msparp (a former roleplay site based around MS Paint Adventures, primarily homesick), and I had a roleplay-based Instagram a few years ago (it's deleted now).
Roleplay Scenario
You are on the Student Council and the chairman submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
I would take this idea into consideration, making sure it is actually feasible and ponder it for some time. I have a personal policy that if I have an issue with something, I will wait 24 hours after it happens to think about it and hopefully cool down, and after those 24 hours I would give myself another 24 hours to actually act upon, which would either be by speaking to the chairman and suggesting improvements or speaking to the entire Council and seeking a vote. If this is something that is voted for by the majority, I would accept that and see how I can fix the issues I see with the idea. If I go by 48 hours without saying anything, I will move on to the next idea.
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?:
I would get as many people’s feedback on the idea as I could and read through it to make sure I presented it in the way that I wanted to and that it represented my true beliefs. If so, and the feedback from the rest of the council members was below satisfactory, I would take the idea out to students and ask for their opinions and how I could revise it to become something most of the council members can agree with.
There is a split decision on an idea. The Councilors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
As someone who is not quick to jump to a fight, I would take all of the sides into consideration (most likely taking notes on the points of both sides being argued, as my memory isn’t the greatest) and try to quiet the Councilors down somehow. This may mean asking someone to take a walk down the hallway or going with them and talking them through their thoughts, reevaluating their decisions to argue and hopefully calming them down. Although it is good that the Councilors are having their own voices and expressing their concerns for one another’s plans, as it only will lead to a stronger plan, it’s still important to act in a cool and collected manner for as often as you can.

What Student Council Position are you applying for?: Council Secretary
Why do you want this position?: First off, I decided to apply for Student Council to be with a community of students dedicated towards the improvement of our school, not to mention work under the leadership of the current President! I would love to be in either of these positions and Student Council altogether because I am always striving to make every community I am in the best that it can be, and believe that I would bring strong ideas or opinions that would help our school grow! As a student, I know that there are very limiting things that we can do to truly “change” the school, but I firmly believe that having a strong group of students in charge of school decisions and events would improve their appeal and school spirit. In particular, to the specific positions on my application, I am interested in because it requires a strong skill in organization, which I believe I have as a strong student and athlete (in terms of managing my schedule from sports and schoolwork).
