WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: We've all seen it happen, most likely anyhow. You're walking through the school courtyard when you see a commotion off to the side, two students. One has a bright yellow armband, and the other is, sitting on the floor with a mask on? And it clicks, they're disobeying the school rules, but because councilors are not given even minor guaranteed fear rp perms in order to enforce these rules, the student can simply say no and walk away. Now how will the councilor report them, describe the mask a million students have? Or maybe talk about the school uniform most wear. That is why at the very least a rule requiring the fear rp of School Councilors on School Grounds is essential if they are ever going to be able to properly enforce the policies and do their jobs.
