I want to apply for counselor, Because I want my character to provide support and guidance to other people characters within the community, I want to create a primary focus for people's characters to create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment, where others can explore and express their characters' emotional, psychological, or situational struggles through roleplay sessions.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Depending on different types of roleplays in SRP ,I have experience in comforting people's characters when their character has a rough time or keep them entrained from situations away from issue their character could have issue with someone or something in there life.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join the school employee faction for people to have more character development or in need of help for characters and possibly interact with more people.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My Character would keep a calming tone and ask them why they are cursing him out and figure out the problem the reason why they are curing them out.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
My character would go in between the two students and tell them to keep their hand to themselves, then ask why they're fighting listening to their issue with each other, before giving them both a detention, for fighting.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
My character would ask the employee to stop and then report them to head of the department for their inappropriate action.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My Character would be sitting down, getting coffee or interacting with other employees before going on with his day.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me Sat down at on a chair, his hands on arm rest of chair, he opened his mouth agape. "So, what issue do you have? or any concerns you may need help with?" He spoke with a gently, calming tone, almost like a warm welcoming to the student, as he waits for the student's response. Seeing that they are having a trouble with an unknown issue that could possibly brothering them or affecting them.
/me looked at the student as he listened to the student's issues and noticing the student nervousness, feeling sorry for the poor student he opened his mouth speaking soft to comfort the student the best way he could, "I am truly sorry to hear that, we can pause here for a moment. let time taking some deep breaths to calm down?" He looked at the student with remorse for the poor student that stood before him.
/me looked down at the student who just ran up to them, his brow raised at first to the student, but after hearing what the student just said he opened his mouth "Could you please explain what the cause of the issue was?"

Backstory
Sebastain was born into an unstable home along with his little brother Nathen, they're parents were not good often being absent leaving Sebastian at a young age to take care of his brother, eventually leading him and his brother into foster care. this affected Sebastian, during his years in foster care, Sebastian was encouraged to attend counseling by one of his foster parents after noticing his mental health, so to help him cope they got him a counselor. he initially resistant at first, but he found himself opening up to one particular counselor whose calm demeanor and unwavering patience left a lasting impression on him. Seeing how this counselor carried themselves, always composed and kind, lit a spark of inspiration inside him. This planted the thought that perhaps he could one day be the source of support for someone else, even as he began to heal, he refused to let the system separate him from his brother, Nathen permanently. Even when they were placed in different homes, Sebastian maintained contact with his brother, writing letters, making calls, and visiting his brother whenever it was possible. Once Sebastian turned 18, he immediately took guardianship of his brother taking him and moving together to Karakura, starting a new chapter of their lives. For the first time, they both could live together without the fear of being torn apart. Sebastian enrolled in college after completing high school, pursuing a master's degree in Academic Education with a focus on counseling. He studied relentlessly, fueled by a drive not only to understand the mind of other and healing others, but to one day be the kind to help other who desperately need it the most to help get out of darkness that swallowed them within. he applied to various institutions, eager to begin his career in helping others navigate through the darkness he once knew. Now becoming employed at Karakura high school, he carries with him the weight of his past, not as a burden, not as shame. but as a compass he wields as a guide. With his experiences has shaped him into a compassionate, insightful, and resilient individual, making him uniquely equipped to guide others through their struggles to get out the darkness that has swallowed them. Sebastian works not only for his future but also for his brother’s, ensuring that he will not his past get the best of him.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
I joined Karakura High School to support students in need of help. After growing up in foster care, I know how much of a difference one caring person can make. I want to be that person for someone else in need of that help.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I'm does not here for a job, but to make a difference among students in need of help, I haven’t just studied counseling for no reason, but give students a chance at life they are willing to see and live through.
