Describe your activity on the server:
I do spend quite a bit of time on srp. During the week, I am at high school from 6:50 am to 4:05 pm, dedicating about 10 hours a day to school and I do a side hustle, netball which takes up about an hour or two on wednesdays, which means I don't necessarily play srp on wednesdays and when I do it's for a very short period of time. Whenever I can make time to play srp I am normally on for an hour more maybe five. On weekends I am on from 8 am to at least 11 pm although there are times I do not get on at all for a long period of time, I always make sure to do an inactive notice if that is going to happen. Taking all of this into consideration I'd say my overall activity on the server would be a solid 8.4/10.|

What is your motivation for applying?:
ROLEPLAY:
Being apart of the government factions presents many opportunities, shading a path i could take in srp is one of them. A part of me is drawn to this faction, eager to learn karakura's laws and use the knowledge I had learned. I've faced countless of situations where legal knowledge would of been handy, and understanding the Karakura law & Constitutional rights would give me more confidence in situations.

FRIENDS:
I have Several friends who or have been in the faction, they always talk about how nice and opportunity-filled it is. Their experiences have only made me ecstatic to apply. Beyond that, I want to bring a open minded mindset to it- building connections, making some new friends within the faction, and hopefully, become better equipped with the Karakura law.

OOCLY:
Honestly, in real life law has always been a fascinating for me, and once I finish my school years I plan to pursue law in the years to come.

Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
I like to believe I have an understanding of Karakura's laws and Constitutional Rights. Though I am still currently researching and learning.

What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
My goal? Well my goal is to thoroughly understand the government faction to benefit both myself and others! Becoming a lawyer would be very handy in handling tricky situations effectively! For example if I see something wrong that requires legal help, (Like an lawyer) I could swiftly step in and confidently assert legal knowledge into the situation, resolve conflicts without needing to confirm with others!

In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
MAYOR:
The head of the government faction, the one that has the last say in laws and Town things. This is who to contact for big problems. The Alpha of the government faction..

DEPUTY MAYOR:
Overseers, and contact when mayor isn't available. The second of the alpha chain...

JUDGE:
Even though lawyers are the one fighting for their clients innocence, judges are there to oversee the law and put it into place in Trials. Judges have quite a handful of jobs, well same as the others, but more complicated and important. Judges have to attend Trials, issue warrants with a probable cause, review cases, officiate marriages between two partners, file restraining orders, front desk work, and approving adoption paperwork. Judge is similar to the other roles, but slightly different.

LAWYER:
Lawyers are the symbol of Law. They are advisors who fight and represent their clients in court, during arrest, and well any legal matter that requires a lawyer. The Lawyers responsibilities include, Attending trials, or being apart of a trial, Attorney calls, Client meetings for things like Restraining orders, Suing and more, managing Front desk work, and Build client lists. They are one of the voices of the courtroom, representing and defending/fighting for their clients rights.

GOVERNOR:
Governors, the ones that are always mostly seen at the front desk handing out ID cards. They too has quite a few responsibilities just like the lawyers and judges. Their responsibilities may include, Officiating marriages (just like the judges), Attending trials, surveying the public recording their opinions on things, approval of adoption paperwork (Again like judges!), And lastly perform shop inspections to make sure all boxes are ticked.

She frowned, knowing that had doomed her chances of becoming a lawyer.

What makes you a good candidate for this job?
Stared at the interviewer for a good five minutes, thinking, maybe?
"What makes me a good candidate? Uhm well I can work really well under pressure and not break into cold sweats front of others, I'm resilient and open minded in cases involving criminals, marriage, etc etc."
She paused, smiling at the interviewer. She took a deep breath and continued speaking.
"However, not all candidates CAN work in many different situations such as myself, I can work in any environment to get the job done. It's definitely not about haste, you need to be resilient, willing to dig deeper into the truth behind whatever is going on, like criminal cases, think beyond, ask the police for camera footage, get a statement from the detained person. Then think logically and politically before giving them an answer. Brain power, mental capacity, patient, understanding, all these things are what is needed to be a great lawyer, of course you can grow from being small and timid to confident and outgoing. I myself am very outgoing!"
