Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
I have been playing SRP for over three years now, so I can confidently say I am a very active person on the server and usually log on and roleplay everyday. Overall, I would rate my activity a 8/10. My activity will not decrease if accepted in fact, it would probably increase as I would have more motivation to play. I have a very flexible schedule and if I needed to take a break from SRP for a long period of time, I would simply put in an inactivity log.
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
I first joined SRP in 2022, I took a small break and came back 2 months later deciding to give the server a real try. I started to make friends and slowly started familiarizing myself with the rules, which was when I discovered GangRP. Although GangRP was fun, I decided to take a different approach to roleplay. I was told about a family on SRP and joined the discord server and applied! I found that I really enjoyed FamilyRP and have joined many families throughout my years on SRP. Then came January in 2023 which was when I was falsely banned, I appealed and was fortunately unbanned, I then took a two year break as I had priorities IRL. I started playing again in August this year, and got really into skin tailoring. I have never had a role on this server so I can't say that I have a lot of experience in more advanced roleplay, but I am willing to have more experience by joining the professor faction!

TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
If I'm being honest, I am just looking for more roleplay! As of right now the only thing I do is attend classes and roleplay with some of my friends. I have wanted to apply to professor for a while now, and I would really love to teach creative writing as it is something I really enjoy! I think that the professor role is such an amazing role and I love that you have a lot of freedom with the subject that you want to teach. I'm interested in meeting new people in SRP who I don't interact with often. In addition, this role would really suit my character well and would make her more fun and interesting to roleplay with.
By joining the professor faction, it feels as if I am contributing something more to server, not just roleplay. I am yet to experience having a role on the server, and it's not just about having the role or receiving the paycheck, it's about teaching something I enjoy and hosting fun and interactive classes for players. Finally, I am motivated to apply as creative writing is a subject the majority of people use on a daily basis. By teaching it, I believe players would find it useful not just in character but out of character too!

1.
[INTERCOM] A woman's voice could be heard through the intercom, loud and cheerful. "Gooood morning! Miss Ikari speaking, today I will be hosting a Creative writing class in period 3! Don't miss it!" The voice came to a sharp end.
In period three, students will be tasked with creating a story about themselves, the storyline can be anything, it just has to be about themselves. Students can choose whether they would prefer to write it in first or third person, once they have finished the assignment, they may present it to the class if they wish. The rest of class aswell as myself would give feedback on the story. The aim of this lesson is to allow freedom in students' writing, not having a specific storyline they need to stick to, I believe this way of writing would be more favored.

[INTERCOM] A woman's voice could be heard through the intercom, loud and cheerful. "I hope you're all having a good afternoon, this is Miss Ikari, and today I will be hosting a Creative writing class in period 3! You'll be writing a story with 3 random adjectives!" The voice came to a sharp end.
In this class students will be given three random adjectives that they need to include in their story, each person will be given different adjectives for example these adjectives could be: Squeamish, boorish and shy, or maybe alive, harsh and big! Upon finishing the assignment, I would grade them based on things like creativity, spelling and punctuation, plot and if they created any characters!
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
An idea I had in mind was a trip to the shrine, this is because it offers great writing opportunities for students. Students will write a description of their surroundings, what they see, hear, feel etc. They are able to explore and ask priests and maidens questions about the history of the shrine. We would then make our way back to the school where students can share what they learned with their classmates. The goal of this lesson is just to have fun and be able to describe their environment in writing to the best of their ability.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Asvoria would carefully observe from a distance, trying to determine if this was something more serious and she was required to step in. No matter the circumstances, Asvoria would calmly approach the situation ”Everything okay here?” She said while looking at the bobcat student. “I'm going to need all of you to step away from this student. Now.” Once the college jocks had stepped away she spoke to the bobcat student privately. “Are you alright?” She spoke with a kind, worried voice. “Don't let them push you around, okay? Come to me if there's any more problems.” She started walking over to the college students, narrowing her eyes at them. “I don't know what that was, but in future you are to leave them alone, understood?” She gave a nod towards them, walking off.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Instead of getting annoyed, she would remain calm, ignoring them at first. The student then persisted, so Asvoria spoke with a soft tone in her voice. “I'm sure you just want to go home right? If you just get on with your task you can.” She continued supervising everyone when the student asked another question. ”You're disturbing everyone else now, so get back to work unless you want to be here tomorrow too.” She said with a rather agitated tone. If the student continued with her behavior she would give them yet another detention.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Everyone would be quietly getting on with their tasks, Asvoria sat at her desk, keeping a watchful eye on everyone. The cheerleaders would then start disrupting everyone else and Asvoria would give them their first verbal warning. "Phones away, get back to your task." she said while narrowing her eyes at the group, she resumed what she was doing. If the cheerleaders are to continue Asvoria would give them a second verbal warning and they were yet again to persist she would have no other solution but to confiscate their phones for the remainder of the class, giving them all detention.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Asvoria wouldn't hesitate, she would approach the group as fast as her legs could carry her. “You have 5 seconds to step away from each other or you're all getting detention.” She yelled across the school knowing she would be giving everyone detention either way. Once she reached them she attempted to separate them, failing miserably. She reached for her radio nestled in her pocket and immediately called for help. Another school faculty member arrived, and successfully separated the group. She sent them all to the nurses office, and got everyone's side of the story. She gave everyone detention. “I hope you've all learned your lesson.”
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?
Appearance:
Asvoria stands at only 5 '2, most of the time having to look up at people. She has a lean build, weighing around 52kg. She carries herself with confidence, keeping her head up, as well as wearing a kind smile. Soft, loose waves of pink hair curled inwards at her waist matching nicely with her sky blue eyes, some people even call her bubblegum. Scars would lay on top of her pale skin, freckles would be dotted across her nose and cheeks. She could be seen with a small amount of makeup on at times, her clothing was usually more formal on school grounds. She spoke with a quiet voice as a faint accent could be heard in her voice.
Personality:
Asvoria can be described as both extroverted and introverted, not being a huge fan of social gatherings but also not distancing herself from other people. She is always respectful to others, she doesn't have a mean bone in her body, it would appear difficult to aggravate her. Despite having many good qualities, she can be impatient not wanting to wait around to do things she would like to get them done as quickly as possible. Her impatience can often lead to her rushing people and can come off as quite aggravating. This would not affect how she behaves at work or co-operates with her colleagues, she does have a sense of control when it comes to it.
Outlook on co-workers & students:
Asvoria greatly appreciates her co-workers, acknowledging that they're job is just as difficult as hers. She is able to co-operate with her co-workers effectively without causing problems between them. She would most likely actually be friends with a few of her co-workers, if it comes to one of them being disrespectful towards her or other people she would handle the situation maturely, reporting it to SLT. As for her students, she absolutely adores them, even if they misbehave from time to time. She has no problem educating her students and would never favor one over the other, she loves them all equally.
Plan for the future:
Asvoria intends to stay working as a professor for as long as possible, even until she retires. Her goal is to help make school as safe and welcoming as best as possible. She wants to educate the students on writing and hopes some of them will use what they have learnt later in life. When she moved to Karakura, Asvoria knew she had finally found the most welcoming place, since moving she hasn't once thought of living somewhere else, and hopes that she can live out the rest of her long life in Karakura.

1996, Japan
January 21st
On this date, faint cries could be heard from a hospital in Japan, Asvoria Ikari was born, her mother, Anja Ikari was overjoyed. Asvoria grew up with her mother, as well as a younger brother, Emil Ikari only being 2 years apart. Unfortunately a few years after Asvoria was born, her father tragically passed away, he was a firefighter, his job was to help people. There was a call at the fire station, a large fire had broken out, he didn't hesitate, as he sacrificed himself for the people in the fire, he was labeled a true hero. Asvoria was now 4 years old, Emil being 6, the two had a close relationship, Emil would attend elementary school, Asvoria going to kindergarten. She had always been quite popular, making friends easily. When it was home time, all the other kids would run to their parents, as Anja stood at the gate, her face lighting up as she saw Asvoria. She was grateful for her mother, but she wondered about her father, which led to her asking questions. Anja would show Asvoria photos of their father, telling his story and how he saved people, wanting to keep his story alive.
Asvoria was now 16, in her fourth year of high school, she was walking to school, as usual. She reached the crossing, the traffic light turning red and she began walking across, not paying attention. As a car came out of nowhere, Asvoria tried to move out of the way but it was too late… She blacked out, hearing muffled voices and sirens, the next thing she knew she was being put in an ambulance and taken to hospital. She was unconscious for about a day before waking up in a hospital bed, the lights were obnoxiously bright as she squinted her eyes, machines beeped around her. The pain hit her like a brick, her head feeling like it was about to explode, her whole body ached, accompanied by a sharp pain in her ribs. The door knob turned, as a doctor and a nurse entered the room, followed by Anja and Emil. The doctor informed her she had a head injury as well as two fractured ribs and a broken leg, and she would need to have surgery. She proceeded with the surgery, recovering in just a few months! The day came when she could finally return home. She graduated highschool and became really passionate about writing, she attended a local college where she got her bachelors degree in creative writing. Her majors were literature and her minors were psychology. She became an author, and wrote two books. She wasn't receiving a steady income off selling books so she moved to Norway to become an assistant teacher. She was an assistant teacher for five years which was when she moved to Karakura in 2024.

The woman walked in room, stopping to recall whether this was the right room, she took a deep breath in before shaking the interviewers hand, sitting down across from them, giving a nervous smile.
"Asvoria Ikari, nice to meet you!"
The female pressed her lips together, had she said that far too eagerly? She tucked her soft pink bangs out of her face, preparing to answer the next question.

She nodded to herself, not adding anything else as she fidgeted with the sleeves on her cardigan.

She tilted her head, not understanding the question completely, but waited for the next question anyway.

She had started to brighten up a little now, becoming more and more confident every question. She adjusted her posture, sitting up and rolling her shoulders back.

She stopped to think for a second.. Had she really gotten that old? Nonetheless, she cleared her throat and spoke softly.
"I am 29 years old, nearly thirty."
She glanced at her lap where her hands sat, her clean, red nails matched her cardigan beautifully.

She gave a small smile to the interviewer, keeping consistent eye contact with them.

She thought for a second.. What was the word called again? She asked herself.. Atheist! That's the one.

It was true, she never had, but perhaps one day.

She had been asked this question a few times before, she answered truthfully.

"My mother is Norwegian, and my father was Japanese, making me half Norwegian half Japanese."
She gave a smile to the interviewer, crossing her legs.

She was happy to have moved to Karakura, though sometimes she missed her old home.
