Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I am incredibly active on SRP, and can ensure that during work weeks I can be on 7-9 Hours. On Weekends I can be on for around 10-11 Hours.
School Employee Role you are Applying For: I am applying for the position of School Janitor.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A school janitors position makes them responsible for the safety, repair and maintenance of a school building and grounds. It is their job to ensure that the school grounds are kept hygienic, which is an incredibly important position as without them there would be nobody to take care of any incidents. A large high school such as Karakura would require at least two or three due to how large it is, and that is it is a college and highschool combined into one.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes I understand that and I will ensure that there will be no incidents which could possibly be cause for being fired.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?:
I understand how to roleplay seriously, and while on school grounds performing my duties I will ensure to set a good example to the students.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been active on SRP since the 16th of September, 2017. During this time, I have gained a lot of experience in many different types of roleplay, and have even been accepted to become a News Reporter. I found this position gave me key experience in what it is like roleplaying as an adult, with a functioning job to complete.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
If at that time I was working on cleaning up something, such as a food or drink spill, I would calmly finish the job. I would then calmly approach the student, and ask for their full name. Once I was able to identify the student, I would attempt to defuse the situation by asking them what the cause for their outburst was. If they were refusing to cooperate, I would give them their first warning. If after their first warning, and they were still cursing I would give them their second warning and I would attempt to get another school employee's assistance with dealing with the student.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
Depending on the job, and whether I knew if I could complete it or not, I would do my best to complete it to the best of my capabilities as it is my job to ensure the school remains a hygienic, safe environment. However, if it was something I knew I was unable to do, I would request the Principle to call in somebody who specialises work in that area to complete the task.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I initially subtly remind them that they are currently at work and shouldn't be acting out of line as students may imitate them. However, I would make sure to tell them this where students or other staff members cannot here in order to prevent embarrassment. If they were to carry on with this behaviour I would then also remind them that their position ensures they need to be professional and to set a good example to the students, and that if they do not take their job seriously that they may risk being fired.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Being the hardworking female she is, she would not spend much time in the breakroom. However, when she is in there, she’ll generally approach any other employees who may be in there at the time in order to strike up a conversation with them, and asking general questions such as ‘how has their day been’.
Provide us with at least 3 detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me The female would head over to the lunch table, pulling out her spray bottle and a cleaning rag. She would then proceed to spray down the lunch table, wiping it clean with the rag.
/me The female would reach down, picking up the discarded water bottles and would carry them over to the trash can.
/me The female would enter the bathroom, taking the empty paper rolls and placing them in her trash bag. She would then proceed to get fresh rolls of toilet paper, using them to replace the empty ones.

Backstory
Yui Ikari was conceived on the sixth of September, 1990 in the suburbs. She had an older half sister, Koru Ikari, who was the result of their mothers first love. Because of her dad being Japanese, she was named after a Japanese name, similar to her older sibling. Life was working out well for her and her family for a couple of years, and they appeared to be a normal, cheerful family. Nonetheless, everything changed once her dad went to liquor due to losing his employment. Throughout this however, her mom stayed adoring, a significant quality that both Yui and her sister brought to adulthood. Their mother attempted to make the relationship work so her cherished kids would have a father figure, she was left no decision except to separate from him when Yui was six years old, and her half sister twelve. They chose to move away to Japan, where they could begin another life.
Due to her father being Japanese, he had begun to help her learn the language, speaking it more than he spoke English. Due to this, she was already somewhat knowledgeable in the language before moving to the country. Because of her young age, she was able to integrate easily into the Japanese culture without any problem. She spent the next twelve years enjoying her childhood.
Once she turned eighteen, she applied to go to college to earn a level three diploma in ‘Cleaning and Support Services Skills’. She took this course part time over the next two years, as she was working overnights cleaning in a hotel in order to pay rent, utilities and food costs. Once she graduated she applied for a job in a better rated, cleaner hotel. After working there for a few years, she decided she got tired of working night times and decided to apply for a job at the local highschool, where she went as a child.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My reasoning for joining is that I want to help the students by giving them a safe, clean environment for them to learn. I would always listen and pay attention to the lead teacher. I enjoy helping others, and I appreciate the work that school employees do, and would love to be able to help them.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I personally believe that I should be selected over the other applications for this position due to my years of experience in the cleaning field. I also believe that I am more qualified for this position due to taking an extensive course specialising in cleaning.
