I think that players with crowbars should be allowed to break + enter easier. What I'm suggesting is a command, any command per example [/crowbarsreq] or [/crowbarstaffrequest] to allow people to right click any locked door in an apartment/house(a region) and if holding a crowbar, they can open any doors.

Here's how I think it'd work.
/crowbarsreq [IGN]
(HOLDING A CROWBAR)
/crowbarsreq 80sJeremy
A staff member would come, approve the valid permissions via DMs(screenshots provided) and accept this new form of "Ticket"
Once done with, they can open any doors with the click of a button. This should only be done provided the character or player knows ICly that their target is inside their own region.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
Less staff-hassle, not having to consistently open doors for players.

I like where this idea is heading, but I personally think that it would be the same as making a ticket in practice. If you make a /crowbarsreq and then have to provide evidence and have a staff member to come, what difference would it be than a normal /help command?

on the staff side, it would look something like this
PLAYER REQUESTING: ign
PLAYER BEING BROKEN INTO: ign
[ ACCEPT ] [ DENY ]

and then upon accepting, they are allowed to "raid" or "open the doors" until they exit the region
