We have identified the issue you're reporting, but due to the nature of

- As stated in the RoleplayHub store, if you are inactive for 6 months or longer,
the modelling team can remove your item(s) from the resource-pack to optimise
it. To get your items back, I'll need the three transaction ID's that proved you own
those items. After that, some modellers will be tasked with either remaking the
deleted models, or making a completely different one should you choose to.
