Previous warns/kicks/bans?: Was banned maybe 4 months ago for using phone oocly, ever since I havent got warned/kicked/banned.
Shop Wanted: I want a custom shop its called Kuro~Mato
Why do you want to own a shop?: It will be useful for my roleplays, it will also keep me busy and not just me sitting around and doing nothing. I want to understand the adult life and responsible life on SRP which I have never experienced so this will help me.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I'm planning to have the interior all decorated of course, multiple counters for cashiers so lines will go quicker and not hold a long line. Making sure its not too cramped I would have all the structure spread out. I'm very active on SRP so I would open the shop up at least a day. I will sell somewhat of everything. ( e.g. instruments, electronics, jewelry, school supplies ect. )
How will your shop be unique?: I will have active employees that will greet our customers with care. To make sure everyone has a chance getting a job once in a while, I will open interviews for people who want to work here. I will also add certain schedules for the employees so they know when its their shift. Kuro`Mato will be a secured shop too making all customers and employees feel safe. I'll also add recommendations for any customers that want a certain item that they want to be sold here.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
Security [0/2]
The security makes sure no suspicion is going around in and out around the shop, if anything happens for instance, a customer is arguing with the cashier, they will ask that customer to leave if they do not wish to leave the security will then escort them out. They will get paid-monthly proceeding to how they did.
Manager [0/1]
The manager takes care of the financials they also get to ask for a meeting. They can fire employees if they need too but they need permission from the shop owner. If the shop owner isn't online they have access to open the shop. They get paid-monthly depending how they did.
Salesman [0/8]
The salesman will stand in front of the counters greeting customers with care. They will sell the item (s) to the customer and give it to them once the customer has paid. They will get paid monthly of how they did that month.
