Describe your activity on SchoolRP:
I'm typically online for 3 - 4 hours everyday, I'm easily contactable if needed via discord. I have been online pretty much every day for the past 4 months, however the school semester is about to change meaning that I'll have a different schedule. It won't affect my activity on SchoolRP much besides the times I'll be able to log on (I'll still hit the same amount of hours, It'll just change when I'll be available).
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
In SchoolRP, my roleplay experience consists of playing multiple characters that are either Grade 12 and under. I have a character in the sports faction and have loved being in it so far! Within the sports faction, I loved doing activities with other players and roleplaying with their characters, just seeing our characters interact with each other is so much fun for me and would love to dive into it more. I joined SchoolRP around 4-5 months ago around June and have explored through a ton of different roleplays scenarios, I strive to continue and expand my roleplaying palette!

What is the subject you want to teach?:
Social Science / Psychology

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
I love creating activities for other players. On SchoolRP, one my favorite things to do is give mini-side quests for other characters to complete and sometimes, my character even joins them on the quest from time to time. By becoming a professor, I could create lessons which include these activities, creating a memorable experience for both the students in the class, and myself! I'd like to think classes as events while still having a theme of the subject and getting the class to learn something. Of course, alongside these classes include the duties of the professor as well, and I would gladly be apart of that journey either helping faculty deal with situations on campus, or just interacting with students and faculty outside of classes.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
1. The class begins with Ashida instructing everyone to pick a corner of a classroom, the students will be learning crowd psychology today. Ashida would walk into the center of the classroom as the students began shuffling around. Once the students are into position, she would explain that they are playing four corners. Ashida would assign a number to each corner, and the corner they chose would be their choice for the first round. Ashida would have her eyes closed and pick one of the corners (/roll 4). Whatever corner she picked on would be out and every student there would sit down on the floor. Before the next round, the students could choose to switch corners or stay and she would explain that there was a twist. Whichever corner had the most students sitting down in, loses the game. Now the students would need to choose between following other students, or taking their own path. This serves as a way to teach the students about crowd psychology and how people are affected being in groups compared to being alone. Would the students follow the crowd? or would they take their own path in order for their own victory?
2. The class was separated into two sections, each side of the class competing against each other to complete their task first, the students were going to learn how to read body language. The task being, to find the liar in their group. Before class, Ashida would prepare note cards with a story written on them, there would be two cards that have different stories with the title "Liar", and the rest would have the title "Investigate". The "Liar" note cards would have a number either 1 or 2 written on, this would be which section they would be apart of. After separating the class into two groups, Ashida tells each group that there was a liar among them, and they needed to figure out who it was. She explained only the liar is allowed to lie, and those who are investigating can only tell the truth. The students would be inclined to ask questions investigating who the liar was, while the liar would try to blend in. The group was only allowed to choose one person in their group as the liar, and which ever side caught the liar with their pick would win the game! The students would ****yze the psychology of lying through this activity and learn the human reaction when dealing with social pressures. Compared to the investigators the liar would be deceptible to memory and they would have to keep up with the group's story when lying, putting pressure on them to remember. This will give the investigators a read on the liar, they would investigate story inconsistencies as a way to find the liar.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
"Beep! Beep!" was the sound of the bus getting ready to drive off. Today, Ashida was taking her students on a field trip! The students noticed, they were heading to the pier. All the students got off the bus and waited for instructions. Ashida told the class to pick a buddy to partner up with and explained today they were going to ****yze the psychology behind fear! Ashida told the class to ****yze their buddy's body language when riding, and emphasized on keeping note of what happened during the beginning, the peak, and the end of the ride. She let the class go all out and have fun at the pier while making sure every student is participating in the activity. Nearing the end, Ashida would call everyone back and discuss about how their buddy felt during the rides! She would explain that these rides simulated the feeling of fear because of how they made the human body activate the fight or flight response.

Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Ashida was walking down the hall until she noticed a group of people surrounding somebody. As she walked over to investigate, she realized those 3 were actually spartan jocks and the one in the middle was a bobcat jock. "HEY Y'ALL! What's going on here?" Ashida spoke with a confident, but friendly tone, with intent to investigate the situation. Ashida had to make sure that something was actually going on before taking action, it would be terrible if they got scolded for just being friends hanging out. She took note of everything, from where they were positioned, to how close they were to the bobcat jock. While she was making a mental note of the situation, she made distance between the spartan jocks and the bobcat jock seperating the two. After listening to the spartan jock's story, she asked the bobcat jock for his side. If both answers correlate, Ashida would match the story with the mental notes she took. Ashida would check the bobcat jock for any bruises making sure they're okay. If there are bruises, then the bobcat jock would be sent to the nurse and the 3 spartan jocks would be given detention. If the answers don't correlate, she would check for bruises anyway and give detention if there was any. "Y'all should be ashamed, you shouldn't be picking on anyone no matter who they are. Reconsider your actions."
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Tap tap tap. In detention, the students are all frustrated, working on their task diligently. One of the student finally hits their limit, "Can I leave yet??!?" Ashida hears, and approaches the student. "Leave? Did you finish already?" The student clearly fed up with detention begins throwing a fit and doesn't respond to Ashida. They continue asking the same question "Can I leave!?!? Just let me go." Ashida attempts one last time to speak to the student. In a strict tone, Ashida would say "Are you done? Because of your actions you are here for a reason. You have to finish your task or you aren't going anywhere. Don't make me call SLT." If the student decides to just keep disrupting the silence, then finally, Ashida would request assistance from SLT.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
"I have something big planned for TODAY! Everyone buddy up an-" A recognizable song begins playing, Ashida looks over to the corner of the class. "TOM! BOO-HOO LOSER!" Ashida heard yelling and music blasted from the corner of class. She approached the group and looked at what was going on. Ashida spoke in a friendly voice, "Okay, settle down everyone! Class is about to START. And... Don't say that to Tom. If you don't want to be apart of class, then you can take your leave now!" This serves as their only warning in the class. If the group continues to be disruptive of the class afterwards, Ashida would tell them in a strict tone, "If you aren't going to listen to what I have to say, then don't disrupt my class." Ashida would remove the cheerleaders in the class, they were adults yet acting like kids.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Right in front of her, Ashida noticed a fight going on between a couple of students. "HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!?", while Ashida was anxious, she knew that she needed to be confident. She attempted to break up the fight, but it failed. Ashida made space between herself and the fight, she rushed to pull out her radio struggling to get it out of her pocket, but gets it out and radios the faculty. "Hey, there's a fight at [insert location], I've tried to break it up. Need help here!" While she waited for backup to arrive, she kept other students away from the fight afraid they may escalate it. Once other faculty shows up, Ashida would assist them in helping breaking up the fight. If even then the fight continues, then Ashida would get SLT involved.

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?
Ashida Yūto is 28 years old with a golden blonde hair color and Burnt umber eyes. She attempts to maintain her high energy everyday, making sure that anyone who she is with feels happy to be there! If she could make other people happy, then she will be happy herself. Ashida attempts to be understanding of people's situations however, her weaknesses is with misunderstandings. With misunderstandings, Ashida feels as if she is pulling out her hair, pacing back and forth not knowing what to do. She tends to overthink things that are insignificant, so she may seem selfish at points where she hasn't decided on what to do. Despite this, Ashida tries to be as understanding as possible, putting herself into their shoes to see their perspective on situations.
Throughout her years of being a teacher, Ashida felt that students weren't just kids who came to school to learn something. She knew that students came to school to make memories and experience something greater. Ashida despises teachers who only show up for a paycheck, 50% of the student's life involved being in school, yet those teachers couldn't even drop an ounce of energy to respect the student's time. Ashida would keep quiet though, keeping it as a mental note in her brain as she isn't confrontational. On the other hand, teachers who respect the student's time and show the passion of teaching, creating memories for the students are the ones Ashida would go out of her way to assist. Ashida respected the respect shown towards students, and would love to work with them in order to make the student's time in school memorable.
Ashida hopes to bring joy to classrooms with her energy, she hopes to teach students about psychology and the inspire them with her activities. She loves psychology and would love to share to students more about it as she believes it is a important skillset to have and understand. Ashida loves her students and hopes for the best. She is a professor that will truely care about her students, even taking time after school in order to help them truely grasp the concepts. Ashida could come up with ideas on the spot if needed, and always has a backup prepared just in case an activity doesn't help the students understand the concept. She aims to teach as much as she could before retiring, but that won't be anytime soon. Ashida loves teaching students and strives to improve her teaching ability every day.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Make sure this is over 100 words.
Born in Karakura, Japan, Ashida was exploring the vast city at the age of 6. Her eyes tend to observe social interactions that people have around the city. As she wandered the streets with her family, Ashida couldn't help but be notice every little thing that she saw within people. Although she had no idea what any of it meant, she still stared with curiosity as people go through their every day life. Soon, at the age of 10, Ashida was dragged along with her family to France due to her father's work, in the city of Lyon. There, she spent the rest of her teen years focusing on her education throughout middle school and most of high school. Ashida was quite a popular kid during school, she was extroverted and enjoyed talking to people. She did tend to notice the little things people do whenever they talk to her though, such as fidgeting with their fingers and their eye contact.
By the time she was 17, the family was planning on moving back to Karakura. Ashida knew that she had to begin focusing on her future, she was planning to go to college, but felt that she could do much more than just school. She went through many different jobs and internships growing her experience each day. Once she became a tutor she realized that she loved it. Not only could she pull stress out of students' hair, she used the ****yzing skills she picked up on, helping her adapt to certain learning obstacles. Ashida would tutor her classmates, until eventually she got into college. By this point, she was 20 years old and wanted to dive deeper into the teaching career. Logically, she would want to become a teacher as well. Ashida applied to become a teacher hoping to get in, she didn't know what to expect, but felt confident knowing she has tutored before.
During this time, Ashida didn't spend much time with her family. She often focused on her work and studies instead, there would be days where she would regret doing this and missed her family. Ashida mainly saw her younger brother Ryouichi, he would be the messenger between Ashida and their parents. They didn't see each other often, however valued the time when they had the chance. Despite the slight fraction of connection between her parents, she sometimes felt that she was terrible since she didn't go out of her way to see them. Ashida majored in Psychology, and often times she attempted to learn her own body language to find out whether it was guilt, or regret plaguing her.
There was a letter in the mail, Ashida opened it up to see that she was accepted to being a teacher! She couldn't teach psychology though, she applied to be a physics teacher as that was the only one avaliable. On the first day of teaching, Ashida felt extremely anxious. She had only worked with groups of students, not an entire class! She had thoughts of doubt however, the training she received was extremely helpful. Ashida showed up to her class prepared to teach. She wanted to make a good impression, not only for the faculty, but the students as well. She had waited weeks and months for this day and she had to prove herself. Ashida had pre-planned an activity they were going to do, during the class. It was an activity that would help break the ice between the students and her! Once the class finished, Ashida took a deep breath, that was very overwhelming, but she pulled through. Although Ashida was anxious the entire class, she loved it. All the student's smiles felt great to see, she couldn't wait to teach more! For the next 6 years, she would be a teacher until she got her psychology PhD then, she felt like she was ready to move on and teach psychology, she was excited to teach a subject she was passionate about!
